The analysis revealed that PSMA PET positivity rates varied significantly based on prior treatment type, PSA levels, and lesion location, with higher detection rates seen after radiation therapy (92%) compared to prostatectomy (60%). Positivity increased with rising PSA levels, reaching over 90% at PSA >2 ng/ml🧪. Detection was most common in pelvic nodes and local recurrence, while visceral metastases were rare.
