I spent 20 years in emergency medicine and never lost a patient.
The most useful diagnostic tool I use now is not a scan. It is a thumb on a fascial plane, feeling where the tissue thickens, knots or tightens up: echoes from inside the body.
Western medicine has no name for this finding. Instead they take scans read them as “unremarkable” and send the patient home, but they are no better.

While y’all argue about meaningless shit, these are the real official results.
Same as every election the past few decades.
If you watch this scene and think this is the decision that I would make then you are a doctor.
Acudo is definitely my favourite game.

They are laughing at you.
They are literally getting you to celebrate the traitors in our country so that you are part of it.
Its karma.
Celebrity Traitors winners BOTH donate their winnings to very well-funded refugee charities
The final I was not expecting #CelebrityTraitors
When doctors go on strike less people die.
Fact.
Joe Rogan was asked a simple question: if you survive a heart attack and take a statin for 5 years, how much longer will you live?
He guessed a few years.
Dr. Aseem Malhotra gave him the number that comes straight from the statin trials themselves. On average, the answer is just over four days.
Four days is just the start. Here's what they never tell you about statins: 🧵

What do we really need? A budget for roofers, midwives, electricians, plumbers, bricklayers, mechanics, farmers, fishermen, hairdressers, market traders, lorry drivers, postmen, factory workers, nurses, engineers, soldiers, carers, teachers, bin men, shopkeepers, entrepreneurs, pub landlords, the self-employed and more.
For the people who keep our economy running, who keep our country going.
Not the indolent, not the scroungers, not the foreigners.
But the workers. The ones getting up at 5.30am, struggling to get the kids ready for school on time. Constantly thinking, worrying, stressing. Putting in the hours to provide for their family.
Sometimes moaning, but always doing. Always working. Always trying. The real working class.
That's who I'm backing, and that's who Restore Britain is backing.
The UK is a police state.
This is becoming absolutely ridiculous.
Just a quick update on the case, I’ve received a phone call from the Metropolitan Police informing me that the case has been dropped with no further action.
I’ve been arrested seven times simply for expressing my views, yet I’ve never been charged. Just endless stress, anxiety, and nights spent in a cell.

It’s very easy for politicians to send other people’s children to war. My response to the bloodthirsty elite?
You first.
This needs to go viral.
And so many fools think that is a battle j between good and evil.
It is, of course, but the evil is those who profit from war.
Crystal Palace was 'built in 1851'.
Production of glass in large sheets was first discovered in 1902.
If you want to understand how the fuck this possible research Tartaria.
I spend a lot of time, perhaps too much, thinking about the lost architecture of Britain.
Crystal Palace was the most tremendous loss of the modern era, yet it's rare to see any pictures of it. When built in 1851, it was the largest building in the world and three times the size of St Paul's Cathedral.
What's more, that immense ironwork and 293,000 glass panels went up in just 190 days for the World's Fair. Almost 1 million square feet of glass. An extraordinary feat.
It was razed in a fire in the 1930s and never rebuilt.
