NIHR-funded research is showing how a Clean Air Zone in #Bradford is reducing pollution-related ill-health and easing the strain on #NHS resources. The results, published last month in Environmental Research, report around 700 fewer GP visits for breathing and heart problems each month after only 1 year of the Clean Air Zone. This is estimated to save local NHS services around £30,000 per month. Read the full story at nihr.ac.uk/story/bradford-br… #MakingADifference @BiBresearch @drrosiemc @NIHR_ARC_YH
