malfoid is fun and all, but this feels promising too
“Excuse me Ms. McGonagall but I heard you were in Vietnam.”
“How do you know about Vietnam Potter?”
“I did attend muggle schools before I came to Hogwarts. I learned a little about it in history class.”
“Oh right. Well if it will sate your curiosity and get you back on task then, yes I was in Vietnam.”
“Brilliant! But what were you doing getting involved in a Muggle war?”
“I was asked by the Ministry to tend to some dreadful affair. What the Reds were doing to the old magical families in the region was… concerning.”
“And what did you do?”
“Nothing really I was a liaison you see. I worked with the Military Assistance Command Vietnam, Studies and Observation Group or MACV-SOG for short.”
“Oh…that sounds…”
“Boring? I can assure you dear boy it was anything but. That, however, is a story best told when you’re much, much older. Preferably over shots of fire whiskey. Now back to your studies.”

Thank you. That meme put the point exactly.
There is a real difference between fantasy and reality. In fiction, a male character such as Malfoy can be rewritten as female - Malfoid, because sex there is set by the author and by imagination. In reality, sex is set by biology.
That distinction matters. An inability to tell fiction from reality is often a sign of serious psychological distress, and it should be treated by qualified clinicians. Left unaddressed, it can lead a person to harm themselves or, worse, others. The elevated rates of self-harm in these groups are one reason the line between the two should not be treated as optional.

I worked at Microsoft for 20 years. This is exactly why and how Microsoft hired H1-B workers. It was not a secret, at least not in the Finance department. It was openly discussed. H1-B workers cost less and drove down demand for US workers, suppressing wages.
Near the end of my tenor at Microsoft, however, the motivation changed - now the H1-B program was primarily used by Indian managers to bring in more Indian workers, as a way to help their fellow Indians (at the expense of Americans).
Corporations are laying off American workers and replacing them with cheap H-1B Visa labor, undercutting the wages of American workers.
This system has been going on for years. The @WHFraudTF is STOPPING this fraud, fighting for American workers instead of cheap foreign labor.

I think most will probably go back with the dismantling and eventually abolishment of the H1B & other visas. Investigating fraud and corruption might make a lot just self-deport.
In 1980, there were 400,000 Indians in the U.S
In 1990, there were 1,000,000 Indians in the U.S
In 2000, there were 1,800,000 Indians in the U.S
In 2010, there were 3,000,000 Indians in the U.S
In 2025, there were 5,900,000 Indians in the U.S
Once again, we needed to act in the 80s, 90s, and the 2000s, and we blew it

Can’t overstate how huge of a win this is. These companies have been systemically replacing their entire workforces with Indians. They provide the majority of the US’ IT infrastructure and services. They will now either die or survive by hiring Americans.
Make IT White again.
