I’ve talked to a handful of people within ICE that I trust in leadership positions & at the street level, and nobody I’ve spoken with has received this directive nor have they heard of it.
Im told this is “bullshit” and there is no directive to release illegal aliens if they don’t have a criminal history.
Since I have been proven correct on the ICE STAND DOWN, here is the newest directive given to all ICE Officers:
NEW ICE ENFORCEMENT DIRECTIVE
This comes from several ICE Supervisors from across the nation:
Any illegal alien that is encountered but does not have a criminal record is to be released.
If I, an ICE Officer, pulls over a van of 10 illegal aliens and ONE of the illegals have a criminal history, I can arrest ALL of them.
However, if in that same van there are no “criminal” illegal aliens, I will RELEASE THEM ALL.
