@CmccClimate

Wonderful event: dialogue between #HorizonEU and #H2020 projects focusing on #JustTransion is instrumental to build shared visions, learn from others' experience and progress science to support the @EU_Commission #EUGreenDeal! Thank you @cinea_eu @Manuela_Conconi!
Delighted to host our on-site 🤝#H2020Energy #HorizonEU Contractors' Workshop on #Coal & #Carbon Intensive regions & #JustTransition #JTM #LIFEprogramme with @Energy4Europe @EUinmyRegion @EU_ScienceHub
I presented our plans for the AdJUST project, and learned a lot about @TippingPlus, #CINTRAN, @H2020Entrances, #BOLSTER (@Ewstapper), #TANDEM (@Mobilize_VUB). Very much looking forward to what I think will be fruiful collaborations!

Thank you @ic4ai for the opportunity! It has been a true pleasure!
Under what conditions can digital technologies become enablers, as opposed to barriers, to realize decarbonization pathways?
During the ICAI Day, @e_verdolini will give an insight into how AI can be used to transition toward net zero.

September 25th is election day in Italy. Climate change mitigation should be a key topic of discussion in the campaign! Strategies to adapt to a climate that has (unfortunately) already changed should be debated. Open letter from climate scientist to Italian politicians. RSVP!
RSVP!
"Ci appare urgente porre questo problema in cima all’agenda politica.

Excited to listen to @shonali_p on achieving decents standards of living for all while tackling decarbonization in the Global South! Both of us started our presentations at @WorkshopEnergy using @IPCC_CH WGIII #climatereport results. 😀
First key takeaway also from SPM @IPCC_CH: decarboniziation and universal access can be achieved simultaneously, but we need integrated policies that shield the poor and vulnerable - decent living standard for all is not driving climate change, affluence is! Great job @shonali_p!
