✔️ if this thing takes off, that stake could be worth some serious money down the road.
✔️ future sovereign AI development costs are supposed to move over to Regna. the idea? take some of the funding pressure off Ondas as Regna builds its own business.
✔️ Ondas gets to use Regna’s AI across its own systems. smarter drones, better mission coordination, more processing right at the edge.
Eric also talks about bringing in outside investors to help Regna grow as its own company.
Ondas keeps a stake, Regna potentially gets its own funding and customers, the whole thing could end up being worth quite a bit.

didn’t have that on my 2026 bingo card. what I really like: Regna AI is initially 100% owned by Ondas.
what does Regna actually do? imagine a military unit running dozens of surveillance drones. they’re collecting footage and sensor data all day long.
Regna’s idea is to train AI models on that unit’s own mission data to help detect, classify and track objects, help operators figure out what needs attention. those models are designed to run directly on their own systems, even when communications are disrupted. no constant cloud connection needed.
$ONDS itself will be Regna’s first customer. Regna is also targeting governments and other defense companies. imagine a defense contractor operating hundreds of its own drones. they wouldn’t need to buy a single Ondas item…
they could still pay Regna to train AI models on their own mission data, including sensitive or classified data where authorized, run those models on their own systems. and potentially keep paying for updates and support… show. me. the. money!
let’s connect the dots: first Foundry. then Skyweaver. then Lados. now Regna AI. these two have been getting pretty close lately, huh?
