Yesterday I downloaded the incredible Joshua Bell Violin library from @embertone. There are depths to this library that I’ve never seen in any other library! It’s gonna take me some time to get to grips with it, but I’m excited to start using it.

It's the biggest music software sale time of the year and I'm drooling over sampled recorders.
I blame that Diagon Alley. And @embertone. Tarantallegra!!!

How to test a violin sample library?
Play Bach's Chaconne on it live with a MIDI Keyboard:

Thank you! This is the finest Solo Violin library I have ever used. The sample quality is superb, & the scripting allows for minimal key switching resulting in natural phrases vs. discrete “techniques” assembled together.
Plus, a joy to play!

My live demonstration of the excellent @JoshuaBellMusic Solo Violin Library using default settings. @embertone did an excellent job, and this Bach is played on default settings w/keyboard. So many options to explore. @davidkozin on #SoundCloud: soundcloud.com/alucinari/set… #composing

The Sensual Sax continues to be a thing of beauty and a joy to play legato. ♥ when dancers appear when cracked to max.
@embertone The reverb/delay/spatial processing could be a plugin of its own, a one-knob/simple effect to sensualize any sound!
