Why wouldn’t it all collapse into midterms? Obviously everything is a complete fraud.
At least now everybody else has to feel the pain us $ASTS shareholders have felt the last 5 months. 😂

$ASTS some satellite imagery of the manufacturing facilities showing significant expansion over the last year as well as hundreds of employees working 24/7 to manufacture the world’s largest phased arrays.
$ASTS Last night a caller asked Jim Cramer if AST Spacemobile is a buy and he said “No, we’re fighting the Fed with that.”
Thank you Jim for sending us up 10%+ by close today.
$ASTS Now we have to trade down because of Amazon and Intel?
Like just electrocute me and get it over with. 😂

$ASTS People worried about production in Midland and Abel sleeping on the factory floor.
Abel (in Barcelona meeting MNOs and ministers):
$ASTS Considering only AST Spacemobile and Space X have SCS licenses, I don’t see how this isn’t wildly bullish for both companies.

$ASTS Another theme. Every hedge fund is over exposed to mag 7 right now and underexposed/max short low quality high beta names.
With rates rolling over and oil toppy this is setting up one hell of a pain trade the rest of the year and into 2027.
$ASTS Here’s another theme.
The Anthropic IPO is probably happening in late November so AI stocks could have the same problem space stocks did post Space X IPO and that’s where all the high beta action has been of late.
So between that and Space X lockups coming to an end, a rotation back to space in the high beta bucket might be upon us.
Plus we know intermittent service will trigger DA’s and Blue Origin will be back on the pad in possibly just 6 weeks. Tailwinds are coming,

$ASTS The data don’t lie. Historically speaking when the stock has been this oversold relative to it’s 200 day, it has rallied at least ~100% and at most ~500% over the following 2 months.
That averages to 240% above the low within 60 days. Today is day 5.
Strap in.
$ASTS To add to this post, the most the stock has traded below the 200 day was 50% and it’s happened a couple of times in the past, January 2022, December 2022 and April 2024.
All 3 times the stock rallied 120% over the next month, 100% the following 2 months and 500% over the following 2 months respectively. This is the 4th time.
Tough to bet against those odds and we have one of the highest short interest readings on record for the stock.
$ASTS Solid DD here. 🤝
I think the stock is priced for none of this as it’s trading below the value of Ligado.
Rates have clearly peaked which should take pressure off of credit markets, oil just turned lower pre market and feels toppy and strong seasonality will likely now take over high beta.
PCE was a little warm this AM and yet equity futures are above where they were going into the 8:30am ET print while rates are lower. This is very good pre market price action broadly speaking for a risk on rally to develop and even with the $GOOG miss and $MSFT giving back a lot of it’s gain,
Time for AST to just deliver some good news for us. Production news is good enough with Blue Origin almost back to the pad. This has been 5 months of hell, but I feel like green shoots are talking to me.
🚨 $ASTS IS HIRING AN ARMY OF DELIVERY DIRECTORS IN DALLAS! 🇺🇸🛰️⚡
Look at these job posts: Director of Delivery, Sr. Director Program Delivery, Technical Delivery... $ASTS isn't hiring for R&D anymore—they are staffing executives to DELIVER TO GLOBAL MNOs.
🔍 What these executive roles actually mean:
• Sr. Director Program Delivery: Driving the global rollout roadmap and managing end-to-end execution for major MNO partners worldwide.
• Director, Delivery Excellence: Standardizing customer delivery operations to transition smoothly from pilot phases to seamless commercial scaling.
• Technical Project Delivery: Handling the direct technical integration between satellite infrastructure and mobile operators' core networks.
You don't hire a whole fleet of Delivery Directors for simple tests: $ASTS is locking in commercial rollout. 🚀
$SPCX There’s about 798m shares of Space X that unlock after the close on December 8th but that’s it for the lockup schedule and the stock has handled all of these unlocks well. The last unlock in June next year is all Elon’s shares. He isn’t selling anything so looks like the stock is setup for a big 2027 and hopefully good for the space sector in general.
$ASTS $RKLB $FLY $PL $RDW $LUNR $VSAT
$ASTS Most bullish post of the month from anyone by Kook right here.
One of the reasons it hit me today that despite $VSAT clearly clearly clearly trying to sell itself, $ASTS might be the one that gets bought. Great companies are bought, not sold.
We have Ozzie join. Vice Chairman of Banking - a big time guy taking a job at a pre-revenue company when $ASTS already has Scott (MD at Barclays) and others. Then we have the off-cycle severance policy (the double triggers added). A lot of little details add up and make me go🧐
$ASTS I’m all in that if we get some clarity on production on this earnings call November 9th and Blue Origin continues to push toward getting back on the pad that AST will be back at the highs sooner than later. New Glenn is the value unlock.
Today our team lifted and installed New Glenn's second stage (GS2) at @NASAStennis. The vehicle was tandem lifted from its cradle using the Main Derrick Crane at the historic B-2 Test Stand to lift the forward end, while a mobile tailing crane simultaneously lifted the aft end. GS2 was shifted to a vertical orientation, lifted 218 feet above ground, and lowered into the B-2 test position. A great example of what Team Blue and our NASA partners can accomplish together. Final preparations for our first hotfire test are ongoing.

$ASTS We’re waiting 11 months for a Ligado approval while this gets approved in 6 months. Now Elon is pushing out launches.
I see antitrust issues all over our regulators and/or Elon himself while our stock is conveniently max shorted to the ground, but I also see that maybe it’s our own poor execution and disorganized management team that’s led us to this point.
Maybe everyone, regulators included, are giving up on us and Abel and Scott need to take a hard look in the mirror about their lack of accomplishments relative to their own guidance.
Even our partners like AT&T stopped tweeting about us. But Panman and Tut are certain that I’m just an impatient crybaby that whines about everything.
Tell that to the market. So looks like I was right and should have taken my position down when I first noticed and started talking about the execution problems.
That all said, it’s priced in here. Now we don’t even trade for the value of our assets, so time to buy more for me. *NFA
$ASTS Long time shareholder just told me he doesn’t think he can hold this through earnings for a number of reasons including a lack of communication from the company and after finding out about Space X today.
This was my response.
“Hear ya, but the way I see it is the stock already reflects everything we’re concerned about.
It’s up 6.55% on a day when we’re all finding out about Space X launch delays.
It’s trading at a discount to its assets with 0 value on the business. Already reflects what we now know, that’s why it’s not going down and that’s why it’s max shorted.
Good price action on bad news is a bottom signal. Think about that.”
$ASTS So you’re telling me this is true and the market didn’t know?
Of course it knew. This is fraud. Elon and his buddies are probably shorting AST. Otherwise how would anyone be max short a stock that’s already dropped 72.5%?
What a cesspool of fraud. Maybe now though that everybody else is finding out the frauds have to cover into that.
Makes sense why the stock is trading below the value of its assets now because King fraud Elon is playing antitrust games. Maybe the DOJ will actually do something.
What a piece of shit Elon is if this is true.
$ASTS: This story is making the rounds so I am going to address it: floridatoday.com/story/tech/…
On October 21, SpaceX VP Kiko Dontchev stated that SpaceX has a 6 week gap before the next Falcon 9 launch out of Florida, reason being for prep for Starship's debut in Florida. The 6 week gap aligns with Ben Cooper's manifest noting a "late November" launch for the Northrop Grumman Cygnus NG-25 mission, so this should be the next F9 launch being referenced by Kiko Dontchev.
What this means for @AST_SpaceMobile:
+ BB14-16 are at Astrotech integrating for launch, and will be ready to go as soon as SpaceX Falcon 9 can launch them probably in December.
+ Why did AST ship if they don't have a launch? In my view it's one or both of two reasons: (1) AST was blindsided by SpaceX's sudden pause and/or (2) AST shipped to make room at their factory
+ This 6 week gap explains AST's silence on launch date PR. Their hands are literally tied.
+ Note that this Falcon 9 pause is not unique-to-ASTS as it impacts all Falcon 9 launches out of Florida, although you could make an argument that AST's payload is really the only one being impacted by this pause. That being said, I don't know the status of other Falcon 9 payloads that may or may not be impacted. Prep for Starship is a good excuse/reason though but yes it is unfortunate that AST's launch is being impacted.
+ How AST manages the narrative from here will be key, whether they do it with an interim update now or wait for the Q3 earnings call on November 9. The best thing for us shareholders and sentiment would be if AST can signal that production is going well and batches are continuing to get done and stockpile for a more rapid launch cadence starting in December when Falcon 9 returns to operation in Florida.
--> Note that if AST's production is going well in the background, then I think this pause from SpaceX helps explain the unusual gap between BB11-13 and BB14-16. And as mentioned in bullet 3 above, this explains the weird comms from AST surrounding BB14-16 batch.
--> Astrotech should have plenty of room to accept more BlueBirds if we can ship another batch or two while we wait for SpaceX to resume F9 operations in Florida.
In adjacent/related news, our boots on the ground are reporting that more shipping containers are arriving in Midland soon, which is a positive sign for more shipments coming in the near term: nitter.cf/DanteePacheco/status/2…
