The funny thing is "an orc with an arc" isn't inherently a bad idea. Orcs do have a crude society. You could show how a certain orc rises through the ranks from basically a nobody up to an orc chieftain. That would be interesting.

Skyborne would work a lot better if they were MORE integrated into the world. They don’t seem like they’re a real race when the ONLY time you see them is the player characters running around. There should be more SB areas and more SB NPCs littered throughout the world.
