Tell us you have no clue what the First Amendment says without telling us, you journalistic subtard. No one is preventing CNN, Politico or the desiccated husk of MSNBC from writing or broadcasting whatever the hell they want. However, they have no First Amendment right to privileged White House access. And if you think there is such a right, then think it through. That means every citizen journalist on X has a First Amendment right to privileged White House access. That makes about as much sense as your moronic, ill-advised, dysfunctional, ill-informed and wholly irrational post below.
Today’s action revoking access for journalists from CNN, POLITICO, and MSNOW violates the First Amendment. The implications extend beyond these organizations: a standard used to exclude one news outlet because of its coverage could be applied to any outlet in the future. The American people, through a free and independent press, must be able to scrutinize those elected to power, regardless of whether government officials view it favorably.  That’s why courts have repeatedly held that once the White House provides access to journalists, it cannot deny that access arbitrarily or based on the content of their reporting. The WHCA calls on the administration to immediately restore our colleagues' access. - Jacqui Heinrich, WHCA President

Can confirm.
One of the things lost in the data center debate is the impact of wind farms. Wind farms are a blight on the communities they inhabit. They wreck beautiful scenery, they kill wildlife by the bushel, they put off energy waves and sounds the health risks of which no one fully understands, they get subsidized with taxpayer dollars, they are inefficient energy sources, they actually explode on occasion and when they need to be retired they are virtually impossible to dispose of. The people who live around them generally had zero input in their installation and they HATE them. Now data centers are arising in those same lightly-populated geographic areas. I'm not condemning or criticizing data centers. I'm simply pointing out that their developers must overcome perception problems created by wind farm nightmares. It's a big reason why there is so much NIMBY sentiment in data center development.

More people need to learn how to say “fuck you” to the commie mobs and never apologize. Apologies don’t help. That’s just blood in the water to a commie. They don’t want contrition. They want power over you. Apologizing only gives them power.

Shocker. Jay is in the side of illegals driving massive trucks and putting people at risk every day. Why are you always on the wrong side, Jay? Do you really think Virginians want you protecting illegals behind the wheel? Think.
As we battle this attempt at federal overreach in court, the personal information of CDL licensees will stay out of Donald Trump’s hands. Virginia isn’t going to give in to his demands or threats of ransom. oag.state.va.us/media-center…

It’s an honor to join a packed house of Democratic candidates and supporters gathered at the Hampton, NH Dems Annual Picnic. Never gave the keynote speech at a picnic before! With just 45 days until the election, the forces of democracy, progress and freedom are on the move all over America.

Ask yourself how an illegal immigrant who has no right to be here can be arrested in NYC in June for sexually assaulting a minor and yet somehow end up free to rape another underage girl in Maryland just months later? That a systemic choice that is causing massive daily harm.
BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that a rideshare driver arrested in Montgomery County, MD for allegedly kidnapping & raping an underage girl during a ride is an illegal alien from the African country of Guinea who was caught & released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in 2023. He also has a prior rap sheet of sexually assaulting a minor in NYC from earlier this year. DHS says Abdoulaye Dia of Lanham crossed the border illegally into Lukevilke, AZ on December 21, 2023 (one of the days my team and I were there doing live shots showing masses of African men crossing illegally), but was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol. Dia was arrested by NYPD on June 10th for sexual abuse by forcible compulsion, forcible touching – sexual/intimate parts of another person, injure child less than 17, and sexual abuse without consent. He’s now been arrested by police in Maryland for allegedly kidnapping and raping an underage teen girl during an Empower rideshare in which he was the driver. Police say he took her to a parking lot and raped her in his vehicle, and they believe there are more victims.

🚨 MINNESOTA AGAIN. Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan is running for Senate. Her good friend of almost 25 years runs an autism center that Minnesota DHS just confirmed is under investigation for fraud. The media will call it a coincidence. Regular Americans are done pretending this state is not getting looted.
