The Kennedy Center thing is fascinating because Trump a) really did break it via his meddling but also b) is a vain old man who wants his name on things and c) hasn’t been told “no” in so long that he just can’t accept that THE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT HIM TO ADD HIS NAME TO IT.

I support this content but these "every frame" accounts annoy my pedantic side because this is absolutely not the 1,334th frame of HEAT. The 1,334th frame would've happened at around 55 and a half seconds into the movie. HEAT has close to 250,000 frames.
