A situation is developing in Poland this evening so serious that the president had to turn his plane around over Spain and return to Warsaw…
Sources say police, on the orders of PM Tusk, stormed the building of the Constitutional Tribunal, the court responsible for ensuring legislation complies with the Polish Constitution.
Police entered the Tribunal grounds after a judge reported “threats” to judges and staff. 3 people were detained for jumping the fence.
The Tribunal calls the attempted suspension of its president and vice-president a COUP, while the opposition alleges a forced takeover…
The government says it is securing the site during the ongoing dispute over judicial appointments.

🚢 Two massive ships collide in Germany
At the port of Bremerhaven, the cruise ship Mein Schiff 3 collided with docked container vessels while leaving the harbor. Strong winds reportedly pushed the massive liner toward the cargo ships.
More than 3,300 people were on board. The collision damaged the cruise ship's lifeboats and reportedly left a roughly 10-meter hole in the hull of one of the container vessels.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported. However, the planned cruise to the Canary Islands had to be canceled.
The vacation hadn't even started, and the passengers had already had enough adventure for an entire cruise.
