The 3-day co-creation workshop on the VaLi Nurturing Guide ends in Kampala. A 3-day co-creation workshop on the Development of Home & Community-based Values and Life Skills (VaLi) Nurturing Guide has opened at Fairway Hotel, Kampala. Organised by @Mglsd_UG with support from FICH, the ALiVE Pillar 3 lead, it will agree on priority competencies, age categories, and design principles for a practical, gender-responsive, inclusive guide. Opening the workshop, Franco Tollea, Commissioner at MGLSD, pledged the Ministry’s full support. He welcomed the government-led approach and the involvement of agencies such as the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC). He added that the partnership will deliver, but it needs a strong technical working group, which is already evident in the room. #VaLi #ALiVE #FICHMGLSD #LifeSkills
