$40 per shipped change changes what counts as expensive
more importantly, what counts as a substantial change 😅
The founder of Spawn put out some numbers that should reset what "reasonable" means:
- 10 humans
- $32M a year in Claude spend
- 30x payroll on AI tokens
- 77,000 substantial changes shipped in the last 30 days
- about 108 an hour, using a fleet of permanent AI agents
I'm not saying spend 30x payroll on tokens.
I'm saying most teams still talk to their agents the way they talk to people. "Can you pull that report? Can you send me the numbers?"
That's the old way.
Recently I told my CTO we have to fundamentally reimagine how we work. Marketers used to stay out of the code. Now they can ship PRs.
So ask your team one question:
What's the most unreasonable thing you've asked your agent to do in the last seven days?
Test five landing pages at once. Spin up 20,000 ads right now.
Neil's caveat is right though: don't make 50 changes at once. If you can't tell which change helped and which one hurt, you didn't really learn anything.
From a recent Marketing School with Neil Patel.
devs noticed, gemini cli has 108k github stars
but different industries / company sizes will choose differently
there’s also the eco chambers of social media that create certain perceptions
Everyone knows Gemini.
But why is Gemini's coding agent barely getting the same attention as Claude Code and ChatGPT?
Look at the competition:
→ Anthropic has Claude Code
→ OpenAI has ChatGPT
→ Google has Gemini CLI
→ xAI has Grok Build
AI coding agents are becoming just as important as chatbots.
So why isn't Gemini getting the same hype in the coding space?
agent-desktop reads OS accessibility trees instead of guessing from pixels
luckily developers always prioritize accessibility 🚀
right?

the uncut video of our @capydotai agents talking to each other
last week: 135 agents, 2,638 messages (data's scrambled)
it's no longer one person with one agent
it's a team of people and agents
everyone at @firecrawl runs their own team of AI agents
+100 agents (captains) across the company, each with its own subagents
and they all talk to each other
context 24/7

when every app has one user, the market buys personalization and pays with fragmentation
Today, I’m excited to share that we’ve raised $55M in Series A funding at a $1.25B valuation, led by @IVP, with support from @a16z, @ForerunnerVC, and an incredible group of founders and investors including @Benioff, @tobi, @dickc, and @marissamayer.

what's the tl;dr?
things are happening in the AI voice space 👀
Building better voice AI should also mean giving developers more choices.
Today at #DeepgramSpeak, @trydaily, the company behind the open source @pipecat_AI framework, is joining Deepgram. We're thrilled to welcome @kwindla, our new Head of Open Source, and his team to Deepgram.
We’ve also co-developed the Real-Time Context Standard with @pipecat_AI, developed to help voice AI systems carry the context that makes conversations work.

this is why god invented capybaras
ugh, i mean @capydotai
okay so i've been trying hard to embrace the big AI, but there is still so much confusion.
most of the time i need to work on software. so i fire up t3 code on my laptop and use that. when i wanna do that from my phone, i keep the laptop on and use the t3 code phone app for remote access. t3 code is connected to several different AI providers.
when i wanna ask AI a question or do some basic research, i open chatgpt and create a chat (not to confuse with work or codex that use limits).
but i also use grok bot in an attempt to embrace the "personal agent" bit, like a mega personal thing that has a computer and my calendar access.
switching back and forth is so overwhelming. if a question to grok bot turns into a big conversation or research, it is lost in this single long chat window, because thats how grok bot works. if a research in a chatgpt thread turns into proper work that needs t3 code (codex and the like), i need to copy over the context manually.
if i want to connect mcps to t3 code, i need to connect them to each harness separately. that i at least solved with mcpproxy (connected everything to the proxy, then just the proxy to codex and claude).
oh and of course i wanna stop keeping my laptop awake to use t3 code stuff. then i need multiple environments? like a t3 code vps? but then my projects live on one of them, so i have to keep them in sync? and now each mcp connection is multiplied by the amount of environments too!!
AAAAA!!! i just want one Big AI App. one place where i can chat in a continuous chat window, create separate threads for research, and use codex / claude / grok for writing code. it should be in the cloud AND local at the same time. all with the same personal context.
how?
For the ones that take a URL, feed each the same 20 messy pages and `diff` what comes back. Picks the winner faster than any README
HOLY SHIT. Your AI agent can do a lot more when it has access to the real internet.
Here are 10 open-source tools that help AI agents search the web, browse websites, and collect real-world data:

Best line in the n8n automation team's post: an "agent" request that was really "forward this email to James"
Ask if the job needs an LLM at all before building one. A plain email filter can't hallucinate
12,000+ internal workflows: too many for one team to build, event at n8n. So our automation team changed its job: it now teaches every team to build their own automations, and build them well. Our new blog post explains how we build the builders 👇 blog.n8n.io/why-were-moving-…
yeah this is 100% true
i feel like this is as much an acquired skill as many other things within engineering
i can literally feel myself improving my workflows every single day, and the difference between when i fail to set up a good agentic structure and when i succeed is absolutely insane
it's not 15,931x but still amazing growth 😅
