The best opportunities arrive disguised as responsibility. That's why long-term thinkers keep winning.
“Slavery is over. Jim Crow is dead.”
Rep. Wesley Hunt pushes back on what he calls “reinvigorated talk” of Jim Crow, while defending the idea that America is a Christian nation:
"As someone who is a direct descendant of a slave, as someone whose great-great-grandfather was born on a plantation, I can assure you, slavery is over. Jim Crow is dead."
"I am a Black man representing a White-majority district in Texas, the great-great-grandson of a man born on a plantation stands before you today as a proud, conservative Republican from Texas. As a believer and follower in Christ."

"As much as they bash the white culture in America, they only marry white people... Kamala Harris' spouse, white. Ilhan Omar's spouse, white.
AOC's spouse, white."
🚨 TEXAS TERROR PIPELINE: EPIC IMAM ADMITS MEMBERSHIP IN HAMAS-TIED MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD NETWORK 🚨
This is no longer speculation. It’s an admission.
Yasir Qadhi - the high-profile imam at the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) in Texas - has publicly confirmed that he is a member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS).
Why does that matter?
Because the IUMS is a Muslim Brotherhood front organization founded by the Brotherhood’s chief ideologue Yusuf al-Qaradawi - a cleric banned from the United States for supporting suicide bombings and calling for the killing of U.S. soldiers.
Even more alarming:
• The IUMS was blacklisted for terrorism by Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, and Bahrain
• The group has longstanding operational ties to Hamas leadership
• And in March 2025, the IUMS issued a fatwa calling for “armed jihad” against Israel
Yet a Texas-based imam is proudly defending and promoting this organization.
Qadhi recently praised the IUMS as the “most respectable and mainstream group of global scholars in the world.”
Let that sink in.
The same network that hosted Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, celebrated Hamas figures, and openly promotes jihad is being described by a major American mosque leader as “mainstream.”
This is not happening in some remote corner of the Middle East.
This is happening inside Texas.
EPIC in Plano is one of the largest and most influential Islamic institutions in the United States, shaping political activism, community organizing, and ideological messaging for thousands.
And its imam is openly aligned with a Muslim Brotherhood network tied to Hamas leaders, jihad fatwas, and global Islamist political movements.
Even more troubling:
Qadhi regularly collaborates with figures such as Muslim Brotherhood leader Tareq Al-Suwaidan, who openly declared:
“Palestine will not be liberated except through jihad… The Jews will meet their end at our hands.”
These are not fringe actors.
They are part of a global ideological network operating through religious institutions, nonprofits, and political influence campaigns in the West.
The pattern is clear:
• Brotherhood clerics overseas issue jihad fatwas
• Western imams normalize the network and build political power
• Mosques and nonprofits provide the infrastructure
And it all hides behind the shield of “religious freedom.”
Texas leaders - and federal authorities - need to ask serious questions:
Why is a U.S. imam openly affiliated with a terror-blacklisted Brotherhood organization connected to Hamas?
Americans deserve answers.
Ignoring this network doesn’t make it disappear.
It only allows it to grow stronger inside our own communities.

In the official Democratic response to the President’s State of the Union address last night, Virginia's governor said she wanted Americans to ask themselves three questions:
1-Is the president working to make life more affordable for you and your family?
2-Is the president working to keep Americans safe, both at home and abroad?
3-Is the president working for you?
I am thankful to say that the answer to all these questions is a resounding, absolutely 100%, YES.

"Texas State Rep. Brian Harrison (@brianeharrison) has repeatedly warned that Texas public universities are circumventing Senate Bill 17’s 2024 ban on DEI offices, trainings, and race- or gender-based preferences by rebranding programs and retaining key staff. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) provides a clear example: its former Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion was simply renamed the Division of Institutional Excellence and Culture—now led by transgender advocate Jody Randall, Ed.D., who previously served as Vice President of DEI and continues in the rebranded role as Vice President for Institutional Excellence and Culture and Chief Experience Officer. Harrison argues such loopholes allow DEI principles to persist under new names, undermining the law’s intent. He continues pressing Governor Abbott, the legislature, and university leaders to close these gaps, eliminate what he calls taxpayer-funded indoctrination, and fully enforce merit-based, ideology-free education across Texas public institutions."

Texas taxpayers, wake up! Barbers Hill ISD's Education Foundation is sitting on over $100 million, but according to their own IRS 990 form, only a measly 2.3%—that's $689k out of $29M—actually went back to the district as grants in 2021. Meanwhile, the district funneled $41M to the foundation from 2019-2021. Where's the rest going? Not to students, apparently.
Superintendent Greg Poole, who doubles as the foundation's exec director, brags that the state "can't touch" it. Half the foundation's leaders are district insiders—classic cronyism draining public funds.
Our kids deserve better than these shady schemes. Demand transparency!
