For me it's not just the people committing the fraud, although that's really bad. But also the government that has so little control and process to protect that allows it to happen.
Remember that impeaching does not take a legal standard, only a majority vote in the House. And a conviction and removal does not take a verdict of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, only a 2/3 majority. It's politics not justice.
