Mamdani, Abdullah Al-Sayed and Ilhan Omar represent the kind of political winning energy Democrats need. Without them, defeating Trump would be a much bigger challenge. They could help make America great again.

BREAKING: HOLY COW! The blue tsunami is so huge that a Democrat just won a red district in Iowa despite having SUSPENDED his campaign back in September.
At this point, we're just rubbing it in MAGA's face...
Eric Armstrong, the Democratic nominee for Iowa House District 20, suspended his campaign back in September to focus on his health. The Democratic Party chalked it up as an inevitable defeat.
But the people of the district refused to pull the lever for a Republican, resulting in a truly humiliating defeat for Republican Keith Jones. The vote total was 4,602 to 3,737, an absolute walloping in such a small district.
"I’m going to do my best to represent" the district, Armstrong told The New York Times. "But I still have health issues, that’s what I’m struggling with."
Before he suspended his campaign, Armstrong's messaging was laser-focused on the economic crisis facing the people of his district. He drew special attention to the fact that Iowa has a paltry $7.25 minimum wage while the nearby city of Omaha, Nebraska, is headed towards $18 an hour, meaning Iowa workers are crossing state lines just to find work.
When Democrats focus on kitchen table issues, we win.
We commend the people of Iowa House District 20. Never, ever vote red!
Please ❤️ and share to congratulate State Representative-elect Armstrong!

Newsweek: Trump distanced himself from Republicans’ midterm losses, writing on Truth Social: “I wasn’t on the ballot, and if I was, we would have won IN A LANDSLIDE!”
Hey Trump, you were definitely on the ballot and you got your ass kicked!

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney delivers a blunt message to Russia:
“You cannot bomb Ukrainian cities and then send your junior players to Alberta to play hockey as if you were civilised people.
No Russian or Belarusian teams at the World Junior Championship. Not under your flags. Not under any other flags. Period.”

Democrats won the House. Robert Garcia, who released the Epstein birthday letter, told Trump: “LAWYER UP.”
Trump swore that letter didn’t exist. In January, Garcia takes over the House Oversight Committee and its subpoena power.

For the first time in US history, a gay man, a Black woman, a Muslim, a Native American woman, a Palestinian, and a Latina have won their respective midterm elections.
Remember the moment; it signals the return to normalcy in America! We said no to sexism, racism, and Trumpism!

Hundreds of MAGA supporters are quietly deleting their accounts and removing Trump-related content. A new mass exodus is happening right now. Their numbers are dropping by the hour. This is the latest wave of MAGA supporters leaving the cult, following similar exoduses in the past. #MAGAxit

Forget russia’s fake ‘referendums’. Look where people chose to go. That’s how people in occupied territories actually feel

This has been the most rewarding, exhilarating, and exhausting 19 months of my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. None of this is possible without all of you — the people. The people who knocked doors, canvassed, made phone calls, sent texts, volunteered, donated, shared a social media post, spread the word, and voted. This is OUR seat. I’m going to make you proud.
Thank you, Michigan!

😂 Well, this is quite the closing message!
Donald Trump delivered his big midterm-election speech in front of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool on November 2, 2026, to an audience of just several dozen people, including members of the press.
And what was his big closing argument to American voters? The Reflecting Pool! 🤦♀️
That's right. While Americans are concerned about healthcare, grocery prices, housing costs, and the economy, Trump spent a considerable amount of time rambling about algae, leaks, plumbing, and renovations.
Oh, and he blamed Obama and Biden for supposedly spending more than $144 MILLION on the pool. Except there's a tiny problem: That claim was FALSE. The Obama-era renovation cost approximately $34 million, and Biden didn't undertake comparable major repairs.
And before anyone points out the empty space, yes, there were Secret Service restrictions and public-access closures. But that doesn't change the fact that this was one remarkably small audience for such a supposedly important speech.
😂 Nothing says "We're focused on the American people" quite like delivering your closing election message about a giant puddle in Washington, D.C.

I want to once again draw your attention to a small animal shelter run by our friends, Ukrainian war veterans, just outside Kyiv. They could always use a little help from kind-hearted people: food, medicine, supplies, and all sorts of other necessities.
If you’re in the mood to do a little good deed today, here’s a wonderful opportunity.
I firmly believe that animals deserve just as much warmth, kindness, and care as we humans do, especially during a war, when looking after animals in Ukraine is becoming increasingly difficult.
And of course, this is 100% legit and safe.
Here’s how you can help (and while you’re at it, give Volodymyr a follow on Twitter. He’s quite a character in Ukraine’s military community and is always cracking hilarious jokes about life and the army).
