My ordeal with @Lenskart_com last week was one of the worst ever! 1. Got issue, glasses turned yellow. Complained, they asked for images and they didn't receive my email despite sending them 4 times! 2. After 4 follow-us, they issued a gift voucher. Went to store and store declined that voucher as not valid 3. I went back and complained. Next day they issued another voucher - store called and confirmed this will work. I went to store and new voucher didn't work! Haha - absolute jokers 4. They somehow used brute force and put that voucher for some other account (without telling me) and took my glasses 5. After 2 days, they called that I can collect glasses. When I reached the size of the glasses was bigger - horrible! They accepted they did a blunder and committed to give it back in 1 day. Alongside, I complained that I won't take invoice for someone's account 6. Next day they mentioned they've cancelled the order and placed another order for sorting out invoice issues 7. Glasses not delivered next day. They again called the next day (i.e. today) - have you received glasses? I was perturbed. And they realised they've sent my glasses to another customer - jokers, I tell you! Full highly incompetent people managing CX 8. Retrieved and sent glasses to my address - porter has incomplete mobile number and no address on invoice. Porter unable to contact me for half hour. Brilliant delivery experience! If you say you're tech company ever, I'll pick a slipper and throw with a sharp aim. My last order with Lenskart! PS. This guy Ajay Kumar from sector 63 Lenskart Paras Infinity store must be terminated ASAP if you want to save your leftover respect for that store experience. cc: @peyushbansal

Hey @Lenskart_com I have purchased Owndays Japan Clear Vision lenses last year. And within a few months they turned yellow! And now I am connecting with your customer care and realized they are one of the least prepared and poorly structured team! I've spoken to them 4 times in the last 3 days, responded them on 3 e-mails as they requested for images and yet they've not received the images neither they've come back on the resolution for replacement.
