Built this farm from scratch by myself. Was all overgrown 4 years ago. All you need is a vision, and to do it! Thought I was going to get fired from my job during Covid so this was my backup plan.

There was once a shepherd who found a wolf caught in a snare at the edge of his pasture.
The wolf begged to be freed.
βI was hungry,β it said. βThat is all. Spare me, and I will remember your mercy!β
The shepherd cut the rope.
The next night, three lambs were gone.
Again the shepherd found the wolf. Again it pleaded. Again the shepherd convinced himself that mercy was proof of his goodness.

An old farmer finally asked him, βWhy do you keep freeing it?β
The shepherd answered, βBecause I refuse to become cruel.β
The farmer looked at the empty field and said, βThen understand what you have done. You were not merciful to the wolf. You were cruel to everything that trusted you to keep them safe.β
Thatβs the lesson.
Mercy without judgment isnβt virtue. When someone openly intends to destroy what has been entrusted to you, endless forgiveness doesnβt make you righteous. It makes everyone behind you pay for your vanity.

Thereβs an absolute shitload of happenings happening atm.
Hereβs what we KNOW:
1. We are going to hit Iranian civilian infrastructure HARD and cripple the whole country. They of course know this and have retaliation plans in place.
2. Whatever their retaliation is WILL affect conditions for average Americans, in addition to sending energy prices to the moon.
3. Something is happening globally with AI, with hacks reported seemingly everywhere.
4. The financial markets are giving out, the AI bubble is in the popping process.
Speculating on the exact nature of what is coming for the average American doesnβt really matter.
What matters is determining your level of exposure.
Ask yourself:
Can I heat my home?
Keep my family fed?
Do I have clean water?
Can I generate electricity?
And for how long?
We are a long ways off from βbullets for beansβ, but likely on the doorstep of βshortages and uncertaintyβ.
So take a day (in the next 72 hours) and do nothing but address those issues. Get your shit together men, welcome to the hard times.
