Best outbound list?
Not random cold leads.
Your competitor’s customers, especially the ones already looking to switch.
The ones leaving bad reviews, comparing alternatives, or showing churn signals.
We built a Rilo workflow for this.
Reply "POACH" & I’ll send it to you.

I landed in SF 10 days ago and barely know the city
So I built a @getRilo workflow in <5mins that sends the team random SF facts 3x a day on Slack
Just recorded a voice note describing what I wanted → Rilo turned it into a working automation
💡TIL the Golden Gate Bridge isn't actually golden - it's "International Orange" because it stands out against fog

👀 saas companies hate this one trick
12,650 unread emails.
That's what I saw when I opened my old personal Gmail account last week.
I needed my flight confirmation. Used this email for booking years ago. Don't use it much anymore, but still get notifications.
The number was a complete shock!
Proper spam this. Every newsletter I never read. Every promo I ignored. Every "limited time offer" from 2019. Just staring at me.
I decided to fix this once and for all.
Built a workflow that:
→ Scans your last year of emails for unsubscribe links → Pulls company names and unsubscribe URLs
→ Lets you approve which ones to remove
→ Auto-unsubscribes from everything you approved
Took 10 minutes to build. Cleared hundreds of subscriptions in one click.
If your inbox looks like this, you should definitely clear it and get the notifs down to only important ones!
Built this on @getRilo. You can try it for free. Comment "unsubscribe" and I'll share the link to the workflow!

Finished with @getRilo hackathon. Had great fun creating some cool workflows; genuinely had to put more thought into deciding what to solve, who to solve for, and delve into the depths of the solution than into creating
Kudos to the Rilo team, stepping stones to a great product!

We're running an online hackathon this weekend (Jan 10-11 '26) where you describe the automation you want in plain English and watch it get built.
Think Lovable, but for workflows.

- $2,500 in prizes
- Top 10 submissions win
