🚨 BREAKING: Texas Governor Greg Abbott just went FULL BEAST MODE on radical Sharia courts trying to infiltrate Texas!
“We know of at least TWO Sharia courts operating in the Dallas area… I am deploying the Texas Department of Public Safety to ROOT OUT any Sharia courts ANYWHERE in the state of Texas!”
“To be clear, the Texas Constitution DOES NOT allow Sharia courts or Sharia law… Our statutes have BANNED Sharia law… and we are going to pursue this until we PURGE any attempt to impose Sharia law in Texas!”

Last weekend two of the major TV Networks (ABC/Disney and Fox Sports) refused to air @SavingCollSprts ad, that calls out the greed of the Conference Commissioners as being a major roadblock to solving the problems in College Sports. One of the networks told us it was a “business decision”.
This week they are allowing us to air the ad on the condition that we change the words “Conference Commissioners” to “Powerful Special Interests”. Done.
Now that nobody’s feelings are hurt, let’s go enjoy a great day of college football!
Here is the “new” ad, that will air today.

Please read and share my op-ed published this morning in @USATODAY. We need a thoughtful and comprehensive Congressional solution to address the overwhelming economic challenges and fundamental brokenness of the NCAA. These two issues seriously and immediately threaten women’s sports, Olympic sports, and all college athletic departments - both big and small. The SCORE Act, as currently drafted, doesn’t do enough, and will only serve to guarantee that programs are cut, opportunities are lost, and communities are irreparably damaged.

@TexasTech has the best alumni and supporters in the country. We are all in and will compete at the very highest level. Get your guns up!!
It’s believed Texas Tech will pay its players $55 million (revenue sharing + NIL) among all its programs this year, making the Red Raiders perhaps the highest-paying college athletics program in the country, sources tell @CBSSports.

Over his last two games, JT Toppin of @TexasTechMBB has 73 points, 27 rebounds and a field-goal percentage of 74.4%.
No other Division I (men's or women's) or NBA player has hit those three marks over a two-game span this century.
