@JetBlue really close to losing a long time loyal flyer today. I knew that there was going to be weather today in Boston. I had a 6am flight from Vegas. I called trying to switch to the red eye, which had like 40 open seats, but since 11:59pm is 60 seconds from a same day change

You wanted to charge me $597 dollars. And there was nothing that could be done despite it being a minute. And that was going from extra leg room to regular seat and it was still $600. You’d rather have all those empty seats then help customers avoid an 18 hour travel day
