Changing the logo never came up, they said as they put an advertisement
right above it
I don't have much of an opinion on the Hometown Remix jerseys but if you thought they were going to change the logo on the front -- that was never going to happen out of respect for tradition, and most of all, Ed Snider.
I exchanged some texts with Jay Snider about this (story coming tomorrow). Changing the logo on the front "never came up" when he was team prez/GM. "Would have been unthinkable, so no one even suggested it."

I'm pretty sure the product on the ice this past decade is more disrespectful to Ed Snider than an alternate logo to be totally honest

In the 3rd period, Matvei played 2:45 and Porter played 3:36. The playing not to lose rather than playing to win is still absolutely disgusting. Wins are fun and all, but this type of stuff is unacceptable. Don’t just accept it cause of one victory thanks to our 2 elite talents.
