The mechanism in which the yearly increase is being calculated will be SIMPLIFIED. It doesn't need 3 calculations, in reality it should increase by inflation.

BREAKING: US consumer credit jumped +$16 billion in July, to $5.06 trillion, the third-highest on record.
This marks the second-largest monthly increase of the year, up from +$9.6 billion in June.
Over the last 5 months, consumer credit has surged +$103 billion.
Revolving debt, which includes credit cards, rose +$10 billion, to $1.31 trillion, the highest since November 2024.
Non-revolving credit, which includes auto and student loans, increased +$6 billion, to a record $3.75 trillion.
The consumer debt mountain is growing.

This is a concept describing how markets can rise despite widespread pessimism & negative news, as investors find opportunities amid uncertainty and fear, pushing prices upward.
Basically, you need more people to be bearish and concerned for the markets to climb because if everyone is bullish, that's likely when we begin to see too much euphoria.
When the market climbs the wall of worry, bears get scared of missing out, and pile in new money into the markets, helping the market climb to higher levels.
The AAII Investor Sentiment Survey is a weekly survey conducted by the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII) to gauge the sentiment of its members towards the short-term direction of the stock market.
As per last week, the AAII investor survey shows 46% of investors being bearish, well above the past few weeks, and less than 30% of investors being bullish, well below the past few weeks.
There are still people that do not believe in this market.
