CLASS ACT: Despite making over $40 million during his #NFL career, former OL Jared Veldheer now devotes his time to giving back as a school cafeteria chef.
He cooks meals from scratch for hundreds of kids every day.
Quite the post-career.
Amazing 👏❤️

PATHETIC! The NFL just fined a cornerback for giving God the glory.
Arizona’s Kei’Trel Clark wrote “Glory be to God” on his eye black in Week 1. The league hit him with a $6,651 fine.
He posted the letter and said he still has to report to God on judgment day, so he will keep giving that glory out loud.
The @NFL should be ashamed of itself.

This guy , Craig Campanella, walks around NYC looking for basketball hoops with missing or damaged nets and replaces them out of his own pocket.
Pat Narduzzi deserves more recognition.
Limited resources. 53-39 in ACC, one title. He isn’t perfect. But he works his ass off, schematically kills opponents regularly, develops players, produces NFL talent and genuinely loves Pitt and his players. #H2P

So many stadiums have iconic views especially in small towns. Blessed to be covering tonight’s televised game with Anna at Marion Local. This view is one of the great ones.

EJEMPLO DE ESPÍRITU DEPORTIVO
El Luchador Dominicano Lewy Rodríguez, después de ganar 10-0 no festeja, carga a su oponente (que se había lesionado la rodilla), y lo lleva hasta el vestuario. RIVALES SI, ENEMIGOS NUNCA! 🇩🇴👏🏻

Pat Narduzzi was asked about becoming Pitt football's longest tenured head coach tonight.
"I came here in 2015 to coach at Pitt. I had no intentions of ever leaving. I've had opportunities to leave, I've stayed."
He pulled a quote out of his suit jacket that his late father used to carry with him.
"Remember this - if you work for a man in heaven's name, work for him. If he pays your wages, which supplies you bread and butter, work for him. Speak well of him, stand by him, stand by the instiution he represents...that's what it comes down to is being loyal."
