Manchmal lächle ich, obwohl es in mir schmerzt. Ich funktioniere. Ich kämpfe. Ich gehe weiter. Ich glaube.
Doch tief in meinem Herzen ist diese Sehnsucht, einfach einmal gehalten zu werden. Ohne erklären zu müssen, warum ich müde bin. Ohne stark sein zu müssen.

Du siehst meine Tränen, die ich vor der Welt verberge. Du hörst die Worte, die ich nicht aussprechen kann. Ich sehne mich nach Liebe, nach Nähe, nach dem Gefühl, wirklich gemeint zu sein.
Bitte lass mich nicht vergessen, dass ich auch dann wertvoll bin, wenn ich nicht stark bin. Dass ich Liebe verdiene, auch wenn ich selbst kaum noch Kraft habe, danach zu suchen. Lass mich glauben, dass DU meinen stummen Schrei hörst und sich mein Leben bald zum Guten ändern wird.

In Nigeria findet Massaker nach Massaker an Christen statt. Jüngst auch eines in Äthiopien und eines in Jordanien. Das Christentum ist die mit Abstand am meisten verfolgte Religion der Welt, die Täter sind Islamisten.
In Nigeria's Middle Belt, a Christian farming village saw 60 armed Fulani militants approaching at 7pm and called police & the army for help.
At 9pm they were overrun. Only 3 soldiers were there. Attackers went door to door in Gero village, Plateau State. 7 killed.
Locals say this happens almost every week. This is what persecution looks like in Nigeria.

Im "Apartheidstaat" Israel dürfen rund 2 Millionen arabische Muslime an freien, demokratischen Wahlen teilnehmen und gewinnen sogar Sitze im Parlament dazu. In den palästinensisch geführten Gebieten gibt es seit 20 Jahren keine Wahlen mehr. Soviel zum "free" in "Palestine".

In 850, a Christian priest named Perfectus was living in Córdoba, the capital of Muslim-ruled Spain.
One day, several Muslims asked him what he thought of Muhammad.
According to St. Eulogius of Córdoba, Perfectus initially refused to answer because he knew that criticizing Islam could cost him his life.
But after the men promised that he could speak freely, he openly criticized Muhammad.
They reported him to the authorities, and Perfectus was arrested.
He was executed in Córdoba that same year.
His death was one of the first in a series of Christian martyrdoms under the emirate.
In his account, Perfectus declared:
“I have cursed and I curse your prophet.”
