What Mumzee said about Toluwanising’s wife was absolutely wrong and she deserves to be called out for it. But what’s happening now has gone way too far. On this Twitter, people interpret your tweets based on their perception of you, even when there’s barely anything there. I know this better than anyone. I’ve seen some of the old tweets people are bringing up and honestly, some of them no go far like that. I deliberately avoid outrightly dragging or insulting her because I understand that people can have good intentions and still come across wrongly. So I give everybody that’s always been dragged grace. Calling someone out for a wrong take is one thing; turning it into an excuse for relentless insults, broke and body shame them is another. The dragging is enough. Everybody should move on.
