Joey McGuire is the real deal. I asked the players what it’s actually like playing for him. If you’re BS-ing, he’ll call you out in front of the entire team. But they’ll also tell you there isn’t another coach like him in America. His door is always open. He knows your family & he genuinely cares about his players. After the offseason Texas Tech just had, a steady, honest leader like McGuire might be exactly what they need to compete for the Big 12. ⬇️⬇️
