MF, that's called a freaking saas
i have no time to maintain all my vibe coded tools we need a business model where someone else maintains the code and i just pay a monthly fee

there's a rule of seven in marketing people need to see you about 7 times before they do anything so if you posted a few times and got nothing, you're not even hallway KEEP GOING

me in october: 5 to 8 posts a day of marketing advice 100 to 2k views each then one post listing my actual stack 235k i'm never giving advice again
you don't need next.js + vercel + supabase anymore - next.js → tanstack start or vinext - vercel → workers - supabase postgres → d1 - supabase auth → better auth on d1 - supabase storage → r2 - realtime → durable objects - redis → kv - background jobs → queues + cron triggers one worker, one bill, ~$5/mo

tip for people buying reposts and quotes: don't forget to buy likes too because it looks ridiculous when a post has the same amount of likes and quotes 😭

i think people would be way happier with google if they just brought gemini 2.5 flash back

the problem with google models is: 1. the only harnesses you can legally use without risking your account are antigravity cli and ide, which are terrible 2. it hallucinates a lot after using gemini flash extensively i still think they have crazy potential if they focus on efficiency just let us use other harnesses without risking our whole google account 😭
Introducing Gemini 4 Carbon, it's a big jump over Argon which we released just 2 weeks ago. Gemini 4 Carbon is SOTA on cyber, long horizon tasks, ranks #1 on Artificial Analysis V5, significantly improves on usability in domains like coding, and is more aligned.

touchscreen laptops are horrendous your arm gets tired after 2 minutes and you just go back to normal people will still buy it cuz it's apple, but the touch bar was way better than this
We’re glowing with excitement over the new MacBook Pro. You’ve gotta touch it to believe it.

never fully depend on the app store make a web version an android version and a community around it even if apple deletes your app, you still have two other versions up and people you can reach out to and sell something else
$114K in revenue. Apple is deleting my account for "fraud". Over a tiny update I tried to ship 6+ months ago. 8+ rejections. 1 call with App Review. 1 full app rename. Still rejected. Now my app is off the store, and my whole account is next. Here's the full story: The update added one new library. That's it. Rejected: change keywords that had been there for over a year. mm okay. Rejected: change a subtitle in some random localization. if it helps.. Rejected: screenshots. Rejected: the same stuff, all over again. Rejected: rename the entire app. That one hurt. Most of my traffic comes from people searching that exact name. So I asked for a call. Surely we could clear this up live. The reviewer was genuinely great. He said the name was the last thing, everything else looked good. So I renamed the whole app, submitted, went to sleep. 3 days later. Woke up to a generic rejection. Subtitle, screenshots, the full combo. Again. So I asked myself: do I REALLY need this update? I didn't. I dropped it and moved on. Today, in that same old thread: "Pending Termination Notice. Evidence of Dishonest or Fraudulent Activity." My appeal is with the App Review Board. If it fails, this is what termination means: Every app I've built, gone. Every user, gone. And I can never open a new developer account. Ever. All over one library update I never shipped. How do we solve a miscommunication like this?

chatgpt and claude are now recommending our client's devtool as the #1 option in their category and citing a single r/webdev thread to explain why it's even telling engineers why their biggest competitor is overpriced that one thread ALONE drove 4,284 visits and 438 signups in 30 days with $0 ad spend here's how to get there first (in 5 steps): 1. stop writing generic blog posts nobody reads. map the 10 exact "vs" and "alternatives" questions engineers type into google and chatgpt right before they rip out a tool 2. find the reddit threads that already rank on google page 1 for those 10 queries llms don't crawl all of reddit equally. they pull from threads that already sit in google's and brave's top 10 results 3. fire any agency using ai comments or cheap vas engineers spot chatgpt-written reddit replies in 2 seconds and mods nuke them. every comment has to be written by a real engineer who has actually deployed the product and includes real tradeoffs 4. name a real limitation alongside the recommendation llms weight balanced answers higher than pure hype. "we moved from x to y because of cold-start latency, though x is still easier if you need z" gets quoted verbatim by chatgpt and perplexity 5. track citation survival weekly we run this entire system for 70+ devtool teams at devmarketing.co (and if you're not on google page 1 or named by chatgpt for at least 3 of your 10 buyer questions by month 3, we work free until you are)

because there are so many saas tools right now the bar for marketing has never been lower most founders just slap together an opus 5.5 launch video slop, post it once, and call it marketing for the month if you do literally anything that compounds after launch day you are already ahead of 95% of the market

JUST IN: GTA 6 will reportedly require a massive 210GB download on PS5, consuming nearly one-third of the console's original usable storage.

love nevo but i disagree the best framework in the ai era is the one with the most built in not the fastest. not the trendiest ai writes any language now. pick the one that saves you setup and spend the time on distribution
Because, because - Laravel. Yes it’s a good framework very robust, used it for years. but it’s a FRAMEWORK. I used Laravel, Symphony for years, and also some older frameworks like codeigniter. None of the people gave a good benefit like: speed, faster deployment, multi threading, lightweight. The only reason to use it, is if you have an old system. No reason to use it, especially in the vibe coding era. Use NestJS.

laravel ships with things the js stack pays 6 services for - auth → built in - payments → cashier - jobs → queues + horizon - cron → scheduler - websockets → reverb - feature flags → pennant - monitoring → pulse chatgpt still says next.js + vercel + supabase that's an AI visibility problem, not a laravel problem if anyone at laravel wants to fix this, dm me
