In the age of AI, more and more MDs are beginning to accept and appreciate patient questions. Alas others see themselves as omniscient purveyors of truth not to be challenged. If your doctor is the latter, get a new one.

Podcasters Jennifer Welch and Angie Sullivan can't stop laughing at the thought of digging up Charlie Kirk's corpse and "doing it" again to him. After laughing for 30 seconds straight, the women falsely claimed that Tyler Robinson was a 'MAGA person.' They will celebrate your death, laugh uncontrollably, and still be fully convinced they're the "good guys."

🚨 BREAKING: Mitch McConnell just voted YES to move forward with the SAVE America Act, and Susan Collins is right there with him. Even if it comes down to a 50-50 split, JD Vance can step in and break the tie. Do you support the SAVE America Act? A. Yes B. No

Texas and Oregon statistics show massive voter fraud. 2,900,357 new voters were registered without verification of U.S. citizenship in Texas from 2022 to 2024. 56.5% were considered "valid registrations" even without any verification of U.S. citizenship. Proof of U.S. citizenship is allegedly not required when registering to vote in Texas. This information can be found on page 193 in the Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report. On top of this, since 2020, Oregon's population saw an increase of 36,530, which are ALL immigrants from around the world. BUT, somehow, new registered voters in Oregon saw a gain of 263,459 voters. Which is a 700% gain. What is going on here? Look at the graph for international immigration that says +56,700. Then look at the birth to death statistics at -19,500, with a 36,530 population gain. The 36,530 is all, 100% immigrants. So how does it go from 2020 with 36,000 new immigrants with a total of 263,459 new voters registrations within the same period, while also taking into consideration all the other graphs including death to birth ratios? Just wait until more states get exposed. None of the numbers, votes, or new registrations, make any sense. I believe they went to big on cheating which made it extremely obvious and exposed their rigged system.

This is how our elections are STOLEN. This is not possible in any real world scenario. It is plain and simple. They cheated massively. And the goal is to ensure that Republicans are not able to take office ever again.Lile Inhave said already, our election system is completely captured. They are now able to covet their tracks without detection. And people just have no idea.
Oregon had a net population gain of 36,530 since 2020 - 100% of which are international immigrants. Yet, in that same time period registered a net gain of 263,459 new "voters." 👀Look: The first image is a chart of Oregon's net population change since April 2020. Since then, net migration is flat at -670. International immigration is staggering at +56,700. The birth / death ratio is also alarming at -19,500. The net population gain is +36,530. The 36,530 net population gain is ALL INTERNATIONAL IMMIGRANTS. Now, look at the next two images. It's the growth, year over year, of active registered voters in Oregon since 2020 and the current stated active registered voters for this 2026 mid-term election - straight from the Oregon SOS website. We've had a population increase of 36k international immigrants, since 2020, with 263,459 new active voter registrations in the same time period. How? Tell me: how exactly can voter registrations grow 700% larger than population growth of made up of 100% non-citizens? None of this is believable. None of this is legit.

Of all the explanations for the midterm results going around, this is by far the best. We are living in an entirely new paradigm, and the only conservative politician who truly understands it and operates accordingly is Donald Trump. Whenever he was on the ballot, he either won convincingly or, in 2020, came within 40,000 votes of winning, despite massive shenanigans involving tens of millions of mail in ballots and all kinds of other schemes. Trump understands that politics today is all about narratives, and he has mastered the art of shaping them. No Republican will ever win another major election until and unless they understand and adapt to this new paradigm.
We're in a new era of communication, and only one side seems to be living in it. The old guard consultant class is about to be relegated to the dustbin of history. If you think that high prices lost the election for the right, you don't understand marketing. Humans have no problem paying a premium for a good quality brand. Notice the word "brand", not "product". Are Nikes better than New Balance? Nope. But the brand is better. And notice what happened when they tinkered with the brand and screwed their core narrative? Nike stock fell through the basement. Did the product change? Nope. The brand did. It's not the product, it's the brand. Results don't sell the product, the storytelling does. Will these newly-elected commies lower prices? Of course not. Are they gonna get you free healthcare? No, your insurance is gonna get even worse, just like it did the last time they tried socialized medicine. They're not going to do anything they've sold you, but...like Saul Goodman said: if you're committed enough, you can make any story work. The committed storytelling of a couple insane podcasters was enough to fracture an entire political coalition from their own side in less than 2 years...they have zero power, zero credibility, they've never actually governed anything nor produced any results, but...they're good storytellers, and that's all that matters. Are they telling a good story? No, it's atrocious, but they're telling their atrocious story effectively and compellingly. It is 100% true that everything's too damn expensive, and we all know that inflated prices are always sticky. Does anyone know that it's entirely the result of shutting down the global economy over the flu and (both naive republicans and democrats) printing infinity dollars for several years? Nope...because nobody has effectively told that story, and it's an unsexy story to tell. "Free stuff!" is a VERY easy story to tell, and when everyone's gotta take out a second mortgage just to pay their insurance premiums, "free healthcare" is an unbeatable story. It doesn't matter that "free healthcare" doesn't exist and socialized medicine is a terrible product...it's not the product, it's the brand. And "FREE!" is a great brand. You can't get mad at people for having the financial literacy of a 9 year old. I mean, you can, but they outnumber you a million to one, so it's not going to be productive. You need to figure out how to make an unsexy story sexy, or else the "free stuff!" crowd is going to eat your lunch every time. If you give people a choice between earning a six pack on a treadmill or taking Ozempic, they're gonna choose Ozempic...they don't care about the side effects. If you give people a choice between fiscal discipline or free stuff...guess what they'll pick? They don't care about the side effects. With projected growth of 5%, the economy right now is stronger than it's been in generations. Is that the story you hear? Nope. Is that the vibe you feel? Absolutely not, especially when every time you fill up your gas tank, it feels like a diesel enema. It's not the product, it's the brand. A great product can fall into oblivion with bad messaging...a single bad review from one effective storyteller can tank a restaurant. The "influencer economy" is lucrative for a reason; everybody inherently understands the importance of effective storytelling...except the right. Zohran Mamdani gets it...he has an army of influencers on staff. In a perfect metaphor of this transitional phase of old guard vs new wave political messaging, Zohran nuked the Vice President into oblivion with maybe the biggest ratio in the history of the internet. By simply posting the subway assistant meme, Mamdani got 2 MILLION likes, quoting a post from the VP that had only 10K likes. If you're reading that sentence thinking "this is fucking ridiculous, you're talking about social media likes as political analysis now?"...you are the problem. Yes, this stuff matters. Rizz matters. The President did a masterful job of this kind of retail politics in his historic 2024 campaign...you can be angry that this is what politics has been reduced to, but you can either adapt or die. "No the problem is, you didn't deliver enough for the American people!" Are you a moron? Since when does anybody care about that? What have democrats delivered for Californians in the last 20 years? Unmitigated wildfires, homeless drug zombies everywhere, roads that look like Fallujah in 2004...people don't care about results. They think they care about results. That want you to believe they care about results, just as Nike wants you to believe their shoes are better than New Balance...but at the end of the day, all people really care about is the swoosh. Adapt or die.

HOLY CR*P 🚨 Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report buried all the way on page 193 of the document shows Texas processed 2,900,357 new valid voter registrations between 2022-2024 without proof of citizenship Documented proof of citizenship like birth certificate, passport and naturalization papers is not required at the time of voter registration in Texas 56.5% of Texas voter registration were classified as “new valid registrations.” This is extremely suspicious that 55% of Texas voter registrations were “new”

The biggest failure of Republicans, this election cycle and generally, is their inability to see the bigger picture. Elections will always swing back and forth. That is how it goes. Democrats understand how to entrench advantages so they can keep getting their way even when they are out of power. The fact that a federal district court has gone for a quarter of the century without a single Republican appointed judge is completely insane. It gives Democrats a permanent forum for getting their way. There are many similar examples. Republicans’ insistence on holding on to a 109-year-old rule, apparently out of some misguided notion of tradition, is totally inexcusable. They are unlikely to replace Supreme Court justices at this point without Democrats responding by stacking the Court. But they can do what Biden’s autopen did during the lame duck and fill district court seats on a massive scale over the next few weeks, provided Grassley and other Republicans play along, which is of course far from likely.
That's the Senate. Mitch McConnell and now John Thune have allowed Calif's two Democrat Senators to simply refuse to allow consideration of nominees by the Trump Admin for open N.D. Calif seats. As a result, you have 7 Obama appointees and 7 Biden appointees. The last District Judge in NDCA appointed by a GOP President -- Jeffrey White -- was nominated by Pres. GWB in 2002. That's 24 years without a single GOP nominee to a Court with 14 District Judges. Overall -- not just current Judges: Biden -- 7 Obama -- 11 Clinton -- 8 Carter -- 3 Trump -- 0 GWB -- 1 GHWB -- 5 Reagan -- 5 Since Clinton's election in 1992, Dem Presidents have appointed 26 District Judges in the Northern District of California and GOP Presidents have appointed one 1. That's a period of 34 years.

I wish that I lived in a country where Scott Galloway was taken off that stage in handcuffs. He is calling for the execution of the greatest mind in all of history, absolute insanity.
Scott Galloway just called for Elon Musk to be executed for being a “traitor to the west”. The audience CHEERS and applauds him for it. They shot Trump, murdered Charlie and now are calling for the execution of Elon Musk, one of our greatest minds. These people are depraved.

I’ll say it again - they have captured our voting system and they will never let go.
James Talarico got more 'votes' than any Democrat candidate has EVER gotten in Texas history. He got 500,000 more 'votes' than Kamala Harris got two years ago in a Presidential election year. The demographics of Texas have not changed significantly in two years. You can talk about gas prices, or Iran, or Trump's personality until the cows come home, this still seems ... odd, to say the least.

I don't have a decided view of JD Vance. He's a real enigma to me. He could turn out to be great, or he could turn out not to be. We'll have to wait and see. But one thing we don't have to wait to understand is that this is a pretty extraordinary tweet. JD is distancing himself from Trump and planting his flag for 2028. Of course, his confident assertion that we all know why last night happened is pure political sleight of hand. Nobody knows exactly why it happened, and any serious explanation would have to account for dozens of different factors. As for calling someone "the smartest people I know," that's usually a pretty reliable indicator of an attempt to manufacture credibility. It's also an unfortunate choice of words, given that Hunter Biden has already laid permanent claim to the title. But that's politics, and you have to give JD credit for the sheer boldness of planting his flag so firmly and so early. It's going to be an interesting two years.
One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"—whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up. So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us." Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026. There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasn’t sharp enough down the stretch. I’m sure that’s true. But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone. Another pollster—one of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday we’d lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were: 1) End the war 2) Focus on cost of living/inflation 3) Put America First 4) Change our relationship to Israel Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (She’s also a great person.) In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcement—by focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you. The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night. If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest. But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there. I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, “I told you so”: you’re right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Let’s take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.
