Only thing worse than not solving the problems is not acknowledging the problem, and our country is run by such ministers and bureaucrats only.

Very proud to be a part of a team that delivers such experiences!
I wanted to share an exceptional experience I recently had with Mr. Manish from Bose.
I had been struggling with an issue on my device lifestyle 18 for the past 3 years — a device that holds deep emotional value for me, as it was a gift from my father and one of the last memories I have of him. Despite multiple attempts, no one was able to resolve the problem.
When I finally connected with Manish over a call, the experience was completely different. He was extremely patient, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me. He didn’t just troubleshoot — he guided me step by step, educated me about the issue, and ensured I understood everything along the way. Thanks to him, my device is finally working again.
I was referred to Manish through Mr. Abhishek Basant’s team, who had also experienced his expertise while resolving an issue at an Apple Store. I’m also grateful to Mr. Prabhakar for having such an incredible individual on his team.
That said, someone as talented and customer-focused as Manish shouldn’t be this hard to reach. It took multiple referrals from outside Bose to finally connect with him — and I strongly believe that professionals like him are true assets to any organization and should be more accessible to customers.
Manish represents what great customer experience truly means — empathy, expertise, and ownership. People like him don’t just solve problems, they build trust and long-term loyalty.
I sincerely hope Bose recognizes his efforts and rewards him with the appreciation, growth, and opportunities he truly deserves.
Thank you, Manish, for not just fixing a device — but for restoring something emotionally very important to me.@BoseService @Bose @ServifyHQ @ServifyTurkey @ServifyEU @Servifyin @Servify @ServifyEs @ServifyNA @AppleSupport @Apple @sreevathsap @PSreevathsa @igujju @lilajosnyder

Trump already decided to delay his deadline, he just didn't want to look bad doing it for the 5th time, so he asked Pakistan to 'propose' this delay
He already accepted Pakistan's proposal before Pakistan even knew about it
.@Toyota_India We have a Toyota Glanza & facing an issue with the head up display (HUD). The car is under warranty with no external defects. Yet your service center (Lakozy, Andheri East, Mumbai) is refusing to get this serviced in warranty.
Request you to resolve this!
Modi ji, kuch din toh guzaaro Mumbai mai 😊
BMC on Tuesday removed all speed breakers and levelled uneven road stretches along the route from INS Shikra, Colaba, to the Taj Hotel, Colaba, as two heads of state—Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron, were in Mumbai. The roadwork, involved dismantling all speed breakers on the PM’s route and carrying out temporary surface repairs to ensure a smooth passage for the high-level motorcade amid heightened security arrangements.

WOW!
The government will deserve its share of your PPF, EPF withdrawals too.
It'll deserve its share of your NPS gains too.
And what logic is this? "If you are making a killing, why shouldn't I get something?"
Madam, your government only told us to go ahead and buy SGBs without any taxation concerns. If investors make money, you'll retrospectively change your policies?
Otherwise, ETFs are far more liquid than SGBs in the secondary market.
Moreover, Gold is just one part of asset allocation. Overall portfolio XIRRs of investors are barely in early double digits despite taking risks.

Replying to @Dev_Fadnavis
@Dev_Fadnavis ji, Mumbai has given you a clear mandate after decades.
You delivered metros, coastal roads, mega infra, credit where due.
Now Mumbaikars want walkable streets, freedom from auto mafia, clean air and streets, strict traffic enforcement, planned neighbourhoods, and zero corruption at the municipal level.
People want dignity in daily travel, along with mega projects.
Today, there are no excuses left.BMC, state, Centre, all under one BJP party.
Expectations are sky-high.
Please deliver. Mumbai is watching.

💡 From being called a "mechanic" to building a $100M business loved by Apple and Samsung—this is how @sreevathsap built @ServifyHQ
In 1998, Sreevathsa returned home with a job offer in hand. But when he told people he was a service engineer fixing TVs for a living, they scoffed. “A mechanic? In Bombay?”
Fast forward to today—he’s orchestrating one of the most sophisticated after-sales service platforms in the world. Servify (Fund II) is now active in 12 countries, handles 8M+ service transactions annually, and is clocking $100M in revenue.
But this didn’t happen overnight.
From building India’s first AppleCare center in 2009 with his own savings, to creating a platform that unites OEMs, insurers, and retailers under one seamless experience—Sree turned what was once dismissed as “unsexy” into a billion-dollar opportunity.
This is a story of resilience, ambition, and betting big on what no one else saw coming.
@ray_elton99 and @SeekingN0rth interviewed Sree to learn how he built Servify from scratch and stitched together one of the most complex tech ecosystems. Click the link below to read the full article👇
