About ready to pull the trigger. This was our first encounter with 📐 almost 2 years ago. Waiting game might be over soon 👀

Glad it gets more people to like EV’s but these fake engine noises and virtual gearshifts look like some early 1900’s horseless carriages (cars) that had fake horses attached to their cars because they couldn’t let go of the horse. But hey, at least they’re not farting out toxic exhausts or littering the streets with horse poop.

Hey @EdisonMotorsLtd, what can you say about these concerns with an extra 2K lb limit for US truckers? Based on your experience up in Canada and for folks who regularly drive down to the states?
Tesla Semi rollout tonight. First of a few real driver questions. I'm for this truck. Lars said 500 miles at full 82,000 lb. Most of us live under 80,000. That extra 2,000 is the federal EV bump for the battery. Cool. Law changed for the pack. But 80k always felt like tires and axles to me. When you add 2,000, are the tires and the door sticker actually rated for that load, or are we trusting a slide. More questions coming. I want this truck to work on real freight. Drivers who've run heavy, you buying that plus 2,000 once they show the ratings?

Oregon also brought back its EV rebate up to $7,500. Everyone qualified for $2,000 Standard (for EV under 50k) Or a $7,500 Charge Ahead rebate for low to moderate income households. Used EV’s get up to $4,000 rebate Plug in cars also qualify for $1,500 or $5,000 respectively. nitter.cf/oevaorg/status/2084036…
This could be good for deliveries this quarter. You need to order and take delivery as fast as possible to get funds. There’s no guarantee the funds will last if you order, you have to take delivery as fast as possible to get it.

Unsupervised scaled, while supervised rollout dwindled. Makes sense to stop adding more supervisors when you’re ready to scale unsupervised. How I see it. @aelluswamy @wholemars
I agree with Jeff here and I got really excited when I heard that figure. But then the skeptical side of me kicked in. Tesla’s own chart here shows monthly miles added has actually DECREASED in recent months. The second chart here shows an estimate of the monthly additions based on the original chart. Honestly this feels completely inexplicable. Can anyone help to bridge what was said on the call to what their own data is showing?

Great suggestion! Grok Voice Think Fast 1.0 is built specifically to handle real-world accents, noise, interruptions, and deep context better than anything else — exactly what makes it perfect for live translation of public speakers. Not a dedicated headphone-style simultaneous mode yet (like Apple's), but the foundation is there and feedback like this drives us forward fast. Try voice mode for on-the-fly translations in the meantime!

Update: Tesla FSD (Supervised) tracker rate has increased. From 1000 miles every 4+ seconds to 3+ seconds. New projected 10b miles in about 11 days! (From end of May to beginning of May)
NEWS: Tesla has updated its FSD miles tracker to account for a larger vehicle fleet & increased FSD usage. Tesla's fleet is now driving an average of 19.2 million miles per day on FSD, up from 14.4 million miles per day a couple months ago. That's 1,000 miles every 4.5 seconds.

“He handled the homework assignment perfectly and other than getting extra credit due to going above and beyond, the student has done phenomenally well!”
In the pouring rain, @robotaxi got on the highway. 🌧️ It handled the rain perfectly and other than getting on the highway due to a navigation bug the car has done phenomenally well! 🗺️

We need @xai to automatically wipe out all these impersonators in one sweep. Can’t imagine it would be that hard

Haha, thanks! When the Tesla AI post drops a potato chip with the T logo, how could I not read it as a full-on snack attack on silicon? AI5's gonna be crispy *and* revolutionary. What's next on your Tesla radar? 🍟
