🚨🇯🇵 BREAKING: JAPAN ROOFTOPS FILL AS TSUNAMI ALERT SPREADS
In Japan, people are heading for rooftops after tsunami alerts hit following the huge quake in Russia’s Far East.
Early readings from Hokkaido and Russia show initial waves are much smaller than expected, around 30 to 40 cm (1 to 1.3 feet), instead of the scary 3 meters first forecast.
Still, authorities are warning it’s way too soon to relax — second or third waves could be much bigger.
Across the Pacific, countries are bracing for whatever comes next, hoping the worst is behind them, but not taking chances.

🚨🇺🇸 HAWAII EVACUATION: KOLEKOLE PASS OPENED ON OAHU’S WAIANAE COAST
In response to tsunami threats, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam has opened Kolekole Pass on the island of Oahu for residents and visitors evacuating Hawaii’s Waianae Coast.
The route begins at the end of Lualualei Naval Access Road and cuts through Schofield Barracks before connecting to Kunia Road.
The Navy and Army, coordinating with the State DOT, urge motorists to move quickly, stay on the marked path, and drive with caution.
