I told you all that Billy Bishop was getting expanded. But Carney fooled everyone in Beaches-East York to vote Liberal anyway.

The question is, can Canadian consumers remain solvent longer than the government remains irrational....

Bradford is lying AGAIN!
FACTS prove @BradMBradford will mislead the public for his own gain!
On November 2, 2023 Brad Bradford admitted greasing tracks won’t eliminate wheel squeak but only reduce wheel squeak.

This is the ultimate question. If you are dumb enough to take it are you smart enough to order it yourself?

Over the past year, since Edmonton legalized 8-plexes in 2023, home prices have surged 11%.
That’s nearly as much as the 12% price growth the city saw in the entire decade before 2020.
So, is upzoning really the silver bullet it’s made out to be? 🧵

Rather ironic, considering the liberal party's illiberalism problem.

“Amazing what a little research will tell you”? You should try doing some.
1) Income Tax (1917)
Sir Robert Borden introduced income tax as a temporary measure during WWI — a war-time emergency, not a platform. And surprise: it was made permanent by Liberal governments.
2) GST (1991)
Yes, Mulroney introduced the GST, to replace a hidden and inefficient manufacturer’s tax. It broadened the tax base, reduced distortions, and was a net positive for the economy. You’re mad it was transparent?
3) Carbon Tax (2008)?
Flat-out lie. Harper explicitly rejected a carbon tax and ran against it in the 2008 election. What did he do? Implemented a sector-specific emissions cap-and-trade system for large industrial emitters — not a carbon tax on families, gas, or groceries.
The real consumer-facing carbon tax came from Trudeau and now Mark Carney is extending the pain.
So if you’re gonna play the “do your research” game, maybe read more than a meme.
