At #ASCO26, Dr. Jennifer Marvin-Peek presented results from a Phase 1b/2 trial for patients with IDH1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia. The study looked at a novel triplet therapy of azacitidine, venetoclax and ivosidenib, which demonstrated high MRD-negative response rates and durable remissions.
