Today we are announcing our biggest bet yet on our own silicon.
Starting next calendar year, we will scale our Maia family to multi-gigawatt deployments, making it the primary inference system for our own product and services.
And we’re introducing Maia 300, which delivers 40% more tokens per watt compared to leading GPU-based systems.
We are already deploying Maia 200 across the US, Europe, and Australia, delivering up to 1.7x more tokens per watt across experiences in Teams and Copilot.
Our goal is to build on the full-stack efficiency gains we’ve already seen, while continuing to bring the latest innovations from across the ecosystem into our fleet.
Hush. Your. Flappy. Flaps.
This is just not true. As soon as I became foreign secretary I asked the security services the same question and they replied that there was no evidence of any successful interference in the 2016 referendum, by Russia or any other power.
Either the security services have changed their view - which would be very odd - or Burnham is lying about what he has been told. After all Starmer was in power for two years and had access to exactly the same information.

Quantum of Solace is not a good Bond movie but those first three minutes are .. absolutely unmatched.
If ‘doing a South African accent’ involves saying “diplomatic immunity, Riggs”, then you’re in my friendship group for sure.
Also, get your prostate checked. Or whatever.
Now cure cancer, you pattern matching savant bastard.

Everyone is very concerned about being respectable, so I’m going to be the goofball who raises worst-case possibilities. I think there is a 1% chance we live in Minicrypt, and a 15% chance we functionally lose confidence in our existing public-key encryption algorithms.
Not sure you can call people this in 2026, folks.

That Richard Sciffe gag at the end of Ted Lasso had me crying. The only good gag in the season. Well played. #tedlasso
It actually reminds me of Studio 60 where Matt’s writing a joke for like 5 people in the world. Thank you. #tedlasso
