By virtue of placement, the pylon is OB. Touching it w/ any body part = OB. Exception is if ball hits pylon before player hits the pylon. WR's shoulder hit pylon before ball could cross the GL. Impossible to be a TD since WR is OB at that exact moment w/ ball short. Congrats AF.
