Effective today (Oct 9, 2026), ATF will no longer require NFA approval, registration, or tax stamps to make or transfer short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, or AOWs.
Machine guns & destructive devices remain fully regulated under the NFA.
GCA rules (4473, NICS, etc.) and all state/local laws still apply.

🎉 RuneScape is 23 today! WILD. #Throwback to a simpler time:
The year is 2003.
You meet up at your friend's place to play RS for a few hours together.
You crowd around their sun-stained family desktop.
Frozen chicken nuggets are heating up in the oven.
Life is good.

YouTube has started to artificially slow down video load times for Firefox users using the following piece of code:
setTimeout(function() { c(); a.resolve(1) }, 5E3);
5E3 being 5000ms, or simply put 5 seconds.
