Just want to say a quick thank you to @SuzyWillemssen for coaching @MotorPreference to my daughter @GigiPayne2030 and educating me about it too which has changed the way I coach. It has changed my daughter’s game and the players on my team who have embraced it! #FreedomOfMovement

I’m excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and softball career at Appalachian State University! Thank you to Coach Whit, Coach Dres, Coach Matt, and Coach O for believing in me and giving me this opportunity! I’m incredibly grateful to my family for all the time, travel, and support they’ve given me throughout this journey. Thank you to everyone at LLG, especially Coach Tommy Shelton, John Corn, and Tony Wools, for helping me through this process and pushing me to be the player I am today. I’ve also been incredibly lucky to have Coach Taylor, Annie Gunshow, Coach Marissa, Coach Tony, Coach Jay, and so many others who have taught me, supported me, and cheered me on along the way. Thank you for making my love for this game even stronger. I can’t wait to get to work. Go Mountaineers! 🖤💛 @whitjones25 @CoachDreswick @courtney_ogle12 @MattAlberghini @LadyLightningG3 @LLGCOACH @Org_LLG

To every 2028 recruit: A ringing phone doesn’t increase your worth. A silent phone doesn’t diminish it. Your identity was settled long before Sept 1! Walk into tomorrow with excitement, but remember His plan is greater than your timeline & His purpose is greater than any call🫶🏻

Today was one of those days. Didn’t want to get out of bed and do anything. But I knew I needed to put in the work. I hit my highest back squat of 210 and got some work in at sf3 with my teammate @starkjoli_71. Grateful that I can wake up everyday and play the sport I love.
