#Patientengagement still matters as the world becomes more digital, more connected, and consumers/patients expect healthcare to provide the kind of convenient, interconnected experiences they have in the rest of their lives! #digitalhealth #participatoryhealth

One fun aspect of Trump being forced to give campaign rallies in deep Red states, is that it makes the heckling more enjoyable. Yesterday, in Mississippi, he got pelted pretty steadily. My two favorites were back to back:
"Hey bone spurs - release the Epstein Files!!"
"Shove your ballroom up your fat ass!!"
After these heckles, he had no real response beyond: "Go home!" And he proceeded to have pronunciation problems. This connotes humiliation. Couldn't happen to a worse person.
IMO, these rallies by him and especially by Vance, generate ZERO new voters for the GOP, while reminding many centrist Americans WHY they need to vote BLUE.
Here's a new scam to be wary of! An email that appears to be a valid MyChart email but the domain name is from Africa and--trust me--I haven't seen any providers there!

Where is the Democratic antidote to Project 2025? All the damage done by Trump in the last 2 years. What is the plan to fix it? How do you plan to protect reproductive and voting rights? What are you going to do to make sure billionaires don't control the politicians?

As someone works in human rights, I’ve never seen anything like the Epstein files in my 15-year career
Raped
Cannibalized
Trafficked
Filmed
Terrorized
Tortured
Murdered
13, 14, 15 year children
ZERO arrests. Not a single girl got justice.
THOUSANDS have been arrested for criticising Israel.
ZERO have been arrested for raping children.
I don't understand how we're not having a global revolution right now.

‼️ The Trump administration is ending temporary Medicare Part D prescription drug insurer subsidies cutting roughly $9.8 billion used to stabilize drug plan premiums.
This will force millions of seniors and disabled to face higher out-of-pocket prescription drug costs.
As a woman who used to live in Idaho, even though I am not of reproductive age, the harm these laws are doing is unfathomable. Legislators and the threat of imprisonment should not be a factor in life or death decisions! nytimes.com/2026/10/20/magaz…

Nursing home CEO Paul Walczak pocketed the taxes from his workers' paychecks and blew it on a $2M yacht, travel & Cartier.
He got 18 months in prison. Then his mom went to a $1M-a-plate Trump dinner. 3 weeks later: FULL pardon. This is the most corrupt White House in US history.

This is what billionaire ownership of the media means:
Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta shut down the No Kings account for hours during the height of their protests.
Meta suppressed accounts supporting Brazil President Lula da Silva in the recent election.
Larry Ellison’s TikTok blocked advertising for a documentary criticizing Elon Musk.
Fight back. Defeat oligarchy. Preserve democracy.

The billionaire class are desperately trying to convince you the protests in France are because of "the muslims." They're terrified you'll realise they're actually about the billionaires.

Sadly Katie didn't even make it to Saturday so SNL couldn't parody her.
But Canada did.
And it's fantastic.

Good morning. The air is crisp. My dog is a good boy.
I feel the upcoming election is a test of the alertness and sensibility of the American electorate.
Trump's polling has tanked. As it should have. But will our margin of victory be significant enough to rebuke Trump 2.0 at record numbers and survive shenanigans?
This is America. We have a lot of low-information voters. We have conspiracists. We have religiosity. And demonization. And arrogance. And entitlement.
Trump has spent most of Trump 2.0 alienating America's allies, especially those in NATO; personally grifting; destroying norms; attacking the free press; creating a corrupt oligarchy; shifting massive wealth. And he's back to sowing doubts in the election.
Whose interests does he SEEM to serve?
If there were ANY doubts as to whose interests he ACTUALLY serves, then after he did what he did with Starlink in Ukraine and with the Russian sanctions bill, there is doubt no longer.
He IS, effectively, a Russian agent.
All Americans need to see that, see that as indefensible, and vote BLUE to curtail his power.
Have a nice day!

WOULD SHE HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUR HER FATHER'S APPROVAL
Barbara Bush- W's daughter- has donated $2,500 to the Lone Star Rising PAC. That is a super PAC supporting James Talarico's Senate campaign.
Your Thoughts?

EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past two weeks, since Elon began funding Texas, one of the top three entries on "Today's News" on X is that the Texas Senate race is tightening. If you read further, you see it really hasn't tightened, it's always been close, and Talarico still leads. The Right - and Elon - are trying to manifest momentum. If they had a better candidate, one who wasn't so flawed as to be terrified of debating, it might work. But not with Paxton.
Paxton is emblematic of what Texans are angry at and sick of.

Outrageous.
Latest: Zelenskyy tells reporters over WhatsApp that restrictions on Ukraine's Starlink systems remain. Interceptor drones can't function, logistics and operations hobbled. The maximum speed is 161 kph; "exceeding this limit causes the Starlink connection to cut out completely, resulting in the loss of the drone."
He says Ukraine has done tests to determine whether SpaceX is truly facing technical issues, as has been told Kyiv by the US side, or if this is a "deliberate operation... to restrict us, cut us off, and prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people, both at the front and among the civilian population."
He says Ukraine "sent a couple of vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals into European Union territory."
"They moved at speeds exceeding 180kph, and the Starlink systems worked perfectly. We have the relevant logs and evidence to prove this."
He adds: "The conclusion is clear: the restrictions are in effect within Ukraine but do not apply within the European Union. In other words, this is a planned operation."

Much worse than sketchy
Wait… So the “judicially authorized” warrant used to raid Congresswoman Ilhan Omar‘s house was not authorized by a judge, but authorized by the Department of Justice?
If I’m understanding that correctly, that is really sketchy. npr.org/2026/10/12/nx-s1-599…
