I think one of my biggest needs is solitude. I can enjoy your company, love having you around and be perfectly fine with you staying over for the first 2/3 weeks. 🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: FC Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono is expected to avoid criminal charges following the on-pitch collision that led to the tragic death of Tenerife striker Jesús de Miguel.
The goalkeeper was sent off after his knee struck De Miguel in the chest while attempting to clear the ball.
Owono has maintained that there was no intention to cause harm and is understood to be deeply affected by the incident.
Footage has also emerged showing the goalkeeper confronting supporters who were chanting “murderer” at him as he left the pitch.
According to Spanish media, Owono could instead face a sporting suspension of between 8 and 12 matches.
He has also closed his Instagram account following widespread abuse and intends to contact De Miguel’s family privately.
