RGENT: Request for Immediate Review by @WhatsApp
My WhatsApp account with number +919962200666 was suddenly blocked without warning on 30 October 2026. Within seconds, I lost access to years of important personal and professional conversations, important work communications, and valuable data.
The sudden block gave me no opportunity to back up my chats. To make matters worse, the app now says that requesting a review is unavailable, leaving me with no clear way to appeal or recover my data.
If any activity was flagged, I respectfully request a human review of my account and an explanation for this action. Please provide a way to appeal the decision and help restore access to my account and chats.
A sudden account restriction should not leave a genuine user without a meaningful opportunity to seek a review, especially when important data is at stake.
@WhatsApp @WhatsAppSupport Please escalate this case urgently. I request a fair review and a chance to recover my account and valuable data.

Every day, nearly 47 people die on railway tracks in India. That’s close to 17,000 lives every year.
Crossing tracks carelessly, trying to board a moving train, standing on the footboard, walking on the tracks with headphones on, or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
While working in the Railway Police, it is genuinely frustrating to see people lose their lives this way. Really unable to understand how casually we treat our own lives.

A 20-year-old Delhi techie, Aryan Nishad, has launched Bribes.fyi, a platform where citizens can anonymously report bribe demands.
Users can log the amount, location, department and the service involved. These reports build a public database that exposes bribery patterns across government offices in India.
The site even helps people turn their reports into formal complaints for anti-corruption authorities.
The response has been huge, 25 lakh requests in just 10 hours.
Anupam Mittal called it a potential game-changer for governance and accountability.
One simple website is giving common citizens the power to document corruption and make it visible.
Note: These are crowdsourced allegations, not confirmed proof against any official.

An Indian engineer in Bengaluru got tired of potholes destroying his car.
So he built an app with Codex that detects them, finds who is responsible, and files a complaint.
Here is how it works. He installed a dashcam with GPS and an accelerometer. The app records everything while he drives.
A vision model classifies every pothole by size. Small, medium, large.
But here is the clever part. Most Indian roads are under warranty.
The contractor who built them is legally responsible for fixing potholes for free.
His app searches through 2,900 government contracts, finds the exact tender number, identifies the officer responsible, attaches the photo and geolocation, and generates a ready-to-file complaint.
One drive to work. 12 potholes detected. 12 complaints ready.
