Tennessee truck driver Tony Alsup made headlines after transforming a $3,200 school bus into a mobile animal shelter known as “Noah’s Ark.” After removing the seats and filling the bus with crates, Alsup drove into areas affected by Hurricane Florence, rescuing 53 dogs and 11 cats from overcrowded South Carolina shelters and transporting them safely to Alabama.

Three things about the reports out of Russia concern me most:
1 - Russia has a long and disturbing history with biological weapons. Read The Dead Hand.
2 - Advanced AI dramatically raises the stakes when it comes to manipulating dangerous pathogens.
3 - And sitting in the White House right now is Donald Trump, surrounded by a D-minus national security team.
None of this means we know exactly what’s happening in Russia yet. But it does mean we should be paying very close attention.
