The fact that other students cheered for her after she finished her poem about an assassination is sickening.
At @UTSA for Pick Up the Mic, a student read a poem celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk with such glee, then told me I was brave to be out here without my neck covered. I told her Iโ€™d pray for her. This is the climate. We pick up the mic anyway.

I've got the hearing audio from Tyler Robinson's pretrial conference last week. They sure had a lot to talk about for a hearing that didn't result in a trial date. Come listen with me at 3 PM PST and talk about why it's taking so long to get this case to trial. youtube.com/live/Ne4EnLUT160โ€ฆ

Upon arriving, Alex brought up SSRIs in response to the protesters' behavior. Their reaction was immediate, screaming "Go to hell, you fascist scum!", "Oregon hates you!" and "You don't get to talk, you f***ing Nazi!" @TaylerUSA | @TPUSA

Alex Stein arrives at the University of Oregon stop of the Turning Point USA "Pick Up The Mic" tour and is warmly greeted by protesters, right before the first arrest of the day. One screams: "F*** YOU! WE ALL F***ING HATE YOU! THE HITLER YOUTH ARE NOT ALLOWED HERE!" @TaylerUSA | @TPUSA

Itโ€™s always so encouraging to spend time with some of the most engaged, brilliant, and joyful students. When Charlie and the team launched Club America in 2022 he was so excited about the momentum it was having in high schools across the nation. His goal was to have a Club America on every high school campus filled with students who are passionate about their country and their values. Every time I walk into a school for a campus event, Iโ€™m reminded of the monumental impact of my husbandโ€™s legacy and our responsibility to see the mission through as we continue to build. I am truly inspired by the hope this next generation embodies.
A packed room in Fayetteville, NC, for this morningโ€™s Club America tour stop with Erika Kirk ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Investing in the next generation starts here!

Yes, I posted the summary because it is ... a summary, so easy to understand. But since you insist, we can also look specifically at counts four and five and the statements they're based on. As always, the full document is available for everyone to read -> andreaburkhart.substack.com/โ€ฆ
You are a perfect example of why no one should ever take Twitter lawyers seriously. You guys donโ€™t even know how to read lawsuits. Making matters more hilarious, you quite literally screenshot that excerpt from Page 1 of the 250 page filing LOL. Try your best to make it past the page-one introduction before trying to bullshit your way through a book report. ๐Ÿ˜‚ If it helps, that excerpt you are presenting is just from the narrative/recitation of alleged facts. It is not found among any of the actual 22 counts filed against me. They also wrote that I was a dual citizen of the UK. A narrative is not the same as the actual counts presented in a lawsuit.

I have the memorandum decision granting in part and denying in part Candace Owens's motion to dismiss the Macrons' defamation case. The motion has been granted as to her in her personal capacity, but her business entities Candace Owens, LLC and Georgetom, LLC, remain as defendants. The court has also concluded that French law governs the statute of limitations, but has called for more briefing on which statute of limitations applies - the standard 3-month limitation period for ordinary defamation claims, or an extended 1-year limitation period for claims based on defamation aimed at a person's sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. You can read the decision on the Substack -> andreaburkhart.substack.com/โ€ฆ

What a garbage, fake news, clickbait headline. The tabloid goblins are trying to paint a narrative they want to be true so youโ€™ll pay to see behind the paywall, but itโ€™s pure fantasy. According to this headline, even if we over-perform the polls in a challenging year for conservatives and defy the national trends, Turning Point is finished, guys. Erika is finished! The entire org is collapsing!! Cool story, lol. Fact: TPAction is better funded than 2024, is having more impact, has more staff and more volunteers, and has helped move Arizona to a pure toss up. Biggs 100% can win in Arizona, and Katie Hobbs knows this better than anyone. (Just look at her latest internal polling.) Fact: Nevada and New Hampshire, the other two states where we have permanent infrastructure, are also trending strong. Fact: Charlieโ€™s vision for Turning Point Action was to build a permanent ballot chasing machine to turn out low propensity conservatives, because he knew conservatives would *always* lose without that when you have early voting that lasts 4-6 weeks with Dems banking votes the entire time. This is what weโ€™re building, and weโ€™re having incredible success. It is THE model conservatives need to adopt nationwide. Yes we want to win every election, but win, lose, or draw in 2026 wonโ€™t change what weโ€™re building. That is not the litmus test of our effortโ€™s success. To everyone on our team working around the clock to fulfill Charlieโ€™s vision and turn out the conservative vote this cycle, your efforts are making a massive difference. Keep up the amazing work. And to everyone else, VOTE.

The All Inclusive Tribe was having a blast in the wee hours of the morning when we were visited by some not-so-happy guestsโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜ฏ I had just stepped down as a speaker and was ready to crash. I see we have some new misinformation to correct. The reason why a geofence warrant to Google from September 2025 doesn't return any results is because Google stopped retaining GPS data on its servers in July of 2025. Location services data is now stored only on the device and end-to-end encrypted cloud backups, not on Google's own servers. So, as of July 2025, no geofence warrant will return any results. SCOTUS acknowledged this in a footnote in Chatrie. This also tells us nothing about whether there is location data that can be recovered from the phone itself - the defense's discovery status report in this case indicates there is - nor does it tell us about the availability of CSLI data from cell providers, which the defense tells us there are over 25,000 locations provided in discovery.

The defense acknowledged in their latest discovery report that they have over 25,000 locations mapped from his CSLI data alone. They not only know his every movement that day, they know his entire pattern of life for weeks if not months leading up to it.

๐Ÿ”ฅI'm so tired of the Candy Cult lying about the story of how Erika and Charlie met and twisting it to fit their sick disgusting conspiracy theories! @MrsErikaKirk has told the story of how she met Charlie many times in short versions and in a long detailed version. The stories all match every time she has told them. Yet the candy cult continues to spread the lie that Erika has lied and changed her telling of this story. She absolutely hasn't! Take a listen to these clips going all the way back to 2021 of Erika telling the story of how she met Charlie. Her story has stayed the same and her telling of the story is consistent!

Candace says itโ€™s โ€œEpstein codedโ€ and sick to support public executions. She then pulls out an old clip of Charlie to support her positionโ€”all while either not knowing he eventually changed his mind (because see, they werenโ€™t actually friends) or simply not caring and wiling to misrepresent Charlie and lie to her audience. Thatโ€™s weird.
Hereโ€™s Charlie just two years ago talking about how executions should be public, quick, and televised. He even suggests selling tickets and allowing kids of a certain age to watch. Tucker and Candace both did segments excoriating President Trump for suggesting weโ€™d livestream the military execution of the Fort Hood terrorist. And yet, neither of them know or care what their โ€œfriendโ€ Charlie believed. And remember this clip when other bad actors share older clips of Charlie before heโ€™d changed his mind on the death penalty. You donโ€™t have to agree with Charlieโ€™s, but you donโ€™t get to use him as a political pawn or remake his legacy and what he actually believed. And if you think Charlie was a good and decent man, then maybe donโ€™t mock the rest of us who agree with his take here.
