One of the things the data analysts on our side obsessed over was "composition"âwhether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win. And despite polls that showed a Democrat blowout, the data kept on telling us the same story: in some states turnout was merely OK, in other states it was downright amazing, and in no state was it catastrophic. There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team: our people were showing up.
So, I asked the smartest data guy I know, does that mean we're going to shock the world? "No," he told me. "We might do better than the polls suggest. But the data is telling us that a lot of Trump/Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys. Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us."
Well, that looks prophetic now. Our voters did show up. In Florida, for example, the electorate was 9 points more Republican than Democrat, just a couple points worse than 2024. Undoubtedly there were places we could have done better on turnout. But the main problem is not turnout. The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump/Vance in 2024 voted for Democrats in 2026.
There will be a lot of infighting and arguing over what happened and why that is. One of the pollsters I really respect told me that our economic messaging wasnât sharp enough down the stretch. Iâm sure thatâs true.
But the real reason we lost is obvious to almost everyone.
Another pollsterâone of the smartest people I know in politics, told me yesterday weâd lose the generic ballot by 13 points. I felt negative going into Tuesday, but even I was shocked by this. In his polling, he saw that a lot of Trump 2024 voters were angry and planning to vote for Democrats. He asked those voters who had abandoned us what would cause them to come back on our team. The top four answers, accounting for nearly all of the responses were:
1) End the war
2) Focus on cost of living/inflation
3) Put America First
4) Change our relationship to Israel
Our voters showed up. And the above four reasons are why many of them voted for Democrats. This is according to a pollster who nailed the results. While many spent Monday attacking Rachel Campos Duffy for calling for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict, it turns out her political advice was sound. (Sheâs also a great person.)
In the next few months, there's going to be a lot of gaslighting. Expect to hear any number of establishment politicians say the solution to our woes is amnesty. I'm open to the idea that we should change enforcementâby focusing more on businesses that hire illegal labor, for instance. But anyone pushing amnesty is lying to you.
The reason we lost is the war. The president himself said so last night.
If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next 6 years was worth it, then do so. Argue it was a worthwhile cost to pay. Agree or disagree, that's at least honest.
But everyone knows why we lost. And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there.
I remain hopeful about our country. To the people who are pissed off and want to say, âI told you soâ: youâre right, you did tell us so. Take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview. To the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be. Letâs take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.

I'm going to be totally frank in the moment about where I think we are right now. This isn't a black pill, it's just an honest assessment of how hard everything is about to become. It's me telling you the house is on fire, so you have a chance to save what's most important to you.
You see, the thing about "decline is a choice" is there comes a point, after you've imported or tolerated or indulged so many people who hate you, and so many people who just want to rob or take advantage of you, that the choice is no longer yours. It's theirs. That's what a democracy with indiscriminate suffrage is and ours is entrenched.
Everything is going to start to change, starting right now, as you read these words. This was not an election that Republicans merely lost. This was the implosion of the Republican party and the total discrediting of the MAGA movement as an electoral force. I'm not going to cast blame or point fingers, because it doesn't matter. There's no point in an election post-mortem because you are never again going to get the chance to vote your way out of this anyway. That window closed tonight.
The GOP's current brand is dead. When they rebrand, which they will, because it's a party run by cockroaches, it's going to be surrender packaged in platitudes. From today forward, if you're a normative white person under 60, a right winger, an America First type, you will no longer have viable or serious electoral political representation. They won't let you have it. Neither party. There will be the left moving the center to them and there will be some cuckhold pumping a fake set of brakes from his chair in the corner as he greedily feasts on his last meal.
The takeover of the GOP has failed. We didn't have the critical mass and all rushing the cockpit got us was a smoldering crater in a field and promises of more pain to come. The people who cheered Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck are in the driver's seat now. They're never going to forgive you for disrupting their great arc of history. They are going to kill, imprison, ruin, and crush you. Then, they're coming for your kids. This is non-negotiable for them. They are going to salt the earth and make sure nothing like MAGA can ever grow here again. I promise you this.
Nothing resembling the America that was is coming back. Everything after after the 120th Congress is seated will be something new and unprecedented. The American nation's continuity with our ancestors will be severed, just like they wanted.
Be ready. Collect friends. Make plans. Execute on them. Nobody is coming to save you.
There you have it. Senate Democrats are united behind Abdul El Sayed. There is no air between them. They are just like him. A vote for John Ossof is just like voting for Abdul El-Sayed himself.

Sorry to break character but I have to say it.
I am a Lifelong moderate liberal.
With Democrats nominating radicals like Abdul El-Sayed, and Democratic Party leaders cheering him on, I think this is the year where it makes sense for all common-sense, moderate, reasonable Democrats like myself to vote straight ticket GOP.

Marc Andreessen revealed how Harvard Business School was built on a broken 1941 theory, and how it's now collapsing...
Andreessen co-founded Netscape in 1994 and a16z in 2009.
He has sat on Meta's board since 2008.
He has spent 30 years backing founders and watching managerial CEOs lose to them.
The pattern traces back to one book: James Burnham's The Machiavellians (1941).
Burnham argued every great company had been founder-run.
Henry Ford ran Ford. Bob Noyce ran Intel.
Today, Elon Musk runs Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink.
Then, he said, something broke.
Between the 1880s and the 1920s, a new philosophy replaced the founder. It was called managerialism.
The professional manager would now hold a portable skill, usable across any business.
The consequences were:
- Harvard Business School
- Stanford Business School
- Management as a universal skill
- The 1970s conglomerate
"That assumes the managers are going to do a good job," Andreessen says.
For 30 years, they haven't.
Managers can run something static, he says. Soup is soup. A bank is a bank. A car is a car.
But when the industry changes, the manager freezes.
Look at SpaceX.
"Imagine being a professionally trained manager, trained at a top management school, working for a rocket launch company, competing with SpaceX."
Then Elon's rockets started landing on their butt.
"Your management skills ... what good are they at that point?"
Andreessen's conclusion:
"You're much more likely to build something important in the 21st century if you start with the founder and train them on management."

Having spent a long time watching Elon Musk, and having talked with him, I believe I understand what he understood before almost anyone else. And it's something every one of us needs to understand now.
Western civilization is not one civilization among many. It is the one that gave the world freedom of thought, modern science and the dignity of the individual. And it is under attack. Not by peoples, but by ideologies that want it dead.
If it dies, the world will not become more just. It will become poorer, more brutal and darker. For everyone, including those who hate it.
Why? Because civilizations are not interchangeable. We were told that any culture could be blended with any other, like mixing colors, and that the result would always be harmonious. It isn't true. A society where women are equal to men cannot coexist without friction with a worldview in which a woman's testimony is worth half a man's. A society where you can criticize God, change your religion or have none cannot absorb, without fracturing, a worldview in which apostasy is paid for with your life.
Every people has its own genius and moves at its own pace. But not all values are equal, and you cannot build a nation on laws that contradict each other. Saying so is not racist. Racism is about blood. I am talking about laws, customs and values. And those values belong to no race: a Japanese, a Senegalese or an Iranian can make them his own, and millions have. That is exactly why they are worth defending.
Let's remember where they come from.
It all begins in Greece. In Athens, for the first time, men decide that truth does not descend from a throne but is sought through reason, and that a city governs itself through debate. Socrates chooses death rather than give up thinking freely. At Salamis, a handful of free cities stops the greatest empire in the world.
Then comes Rome. Rome invents law that binds everyone, the citizen who holds rights, the Republic. And one immense idea: you can become Roman without being born Roman. You become Roman by adopting its laws.
Christianity adds the most revolutionary idea in history: every human being, slave and emperor alike, has infinite worth.
Then France. The cathedrals, those ships of stone our ancestors built over centuries for descendants they would never see. Descartes, Pascal, Voltaire. The Declaration of the Rights of Man. And Napoleon, who gives France the Civil Code, the lycĂŠes, and one simple principle: careers open to talent. Murat, the son of an innkeeper, ends up a Marshal of the Empire and King of Naples. The Civil Code spreads across much of Europe and still shapes the law of dozens of countries today.
And this civilization goes on to abolish slavery, which had been practiced on every continent since the dawn of time, to push back the plague, smallpox and the night itself, and to set foot on the Moon.
Peoples of the West, be proud of this history. Proud does not mean blind. Every civilization has committed crimes: conquest, slavery, war. Ours is the one that went furthest in examining its own faults, to the point of abolishing what it had once practiced. This capacity to question itself is its greatest strength. And that is exactly the strength now being turned against it.
Because for decades, this magnificent system has been getting hacked. Not by an army. By an alliance of two forces that have nothing in common except one enemy: us.
The first is communism. It lost the economic war, lost the Cold War, lost history's verdict with its tens of millions of dead. But it never lost the universities. It survived by changing costumes: class struggle became the struggle of the oppressed against their oppressors, and the West was declared guilty of everything. It taught our children to be ashamed of their ancestors, their borders and their culture. It is the root cause, because before you can bring down a civilization, you have to take away its will to defend itself.
The second is political Islam. I am not talking about Muslims, many of whom came here precisely to escape this ideology and are its first victims. I am talking about a political project that wants to place religious law above civil law. It has no doubts. It feels no shame. It rushes into the void the first one dug.
One disarms. The other advances.
And let no one on the left believe they will stay in control. History has already staged this play. In 1978, Michel Foucault was enthusing over the Iranian revolution. Iran's communist party, the Tudeh, backed Khomeini and called on Iranians to vote for his Islamic constitution. By 1983, its leaders had been arrested, the party banned, and its chiefs paraded on television to confess their âcrimes.â In 1988, thousands of political prisoners were executed, communist activists among them. The second always ends up devouring the first. Useful idiots are only useful for a while.
So here is my call to every Western people. To the French, the Italians, the Poles, the Germans, the Spanish, the Americans, to all of you.
We are at a turning point. What we do in the next ten years will decide what our grandchildren are allowed to say, believe, write and love.
I am not asking you to die for the West. I am asking you for something harder: to live for it.
Learn its history and pass it on. Have children. Speak without fear, even when they call you every name in the book. Vote, get involved, run for office. Build companies, schools, factories, families. Refuse the shame they are trying to inject into you. And stop surrendering anything that makes us who we are: freedom of thought, equality before the law, the dignity of every person.
The historian Arnold Toynbee understood it: civilizations are not murdered, they commit suicide. And those who think they can let the West fall without paying the price should remember the Iranian communists. They helped tear down what they despised, and then they were next.
The Greeks at Salamis were outnumbered. They won because they knew what they were defending. We are the heirs of Athens, Rome, Notre-Dame and the Civil Code. It is no accident that the rockets that will carry humanity to Mars are being built in a free civilization.
It is time to prove ourselves worthy of what we were given.
The West is worth defending. And no one will defend it for us.

â ď¸New: Important Georgia 2026 Election Watch:
Patriots/Republicans, always vote but also keep your eyes on every stage of the election process.
Look what just popped up last night on a local county Facebook blog page regarding 2020 double scanned ballots in regards to Fulgham v Ware, in which I sued for an explanation of how it happened.
It was brought to my attention that Carlos Nelson, Ware County Supervisor of Elections, just last night admitted publically that in 2020 Ware election officials were supervising the Dominion technician who was scanning ballots 8 days after the election. Their story has changed!
In 2020 Nelson told the media (evidence below submitted to the court) that 100 ballots were doubled scanned by accident by an "employee" as the result of a jam. But after we provided machine scan time evidence to the court revealing the second scan occurred 8 days later, they changed their story.
As seen below from the post last night the Supervisor is now claiming that this batch of 100 ballots was scanned intentionally to fix an error. In other words our scan time evidence forced them to admit it was scanned on November 11, and it wasn't because of an accidental jam. And his claim that this fixed errors, is absolutely NOT supported by the evidence. In fact their cvr for the machine recount was missing from the orr.
But wait, as my comments below explain, the chairman had not knowledge of ballots being scanned on November 11. And I provided text message evidence to the court showing the chairman admitted that he had no knowledge of this occuring. Our evidence is solid as a rock. I sued for an explanation, and although the Judge ruled I didn't have the legal authority to force them to provide an explanation on the record, he arranged a meeting and suggested they answer my questions. Think about that, they were afraid of putting their explanation on the official court record.
My concluding point and message is this: We must not blindly trust our officials or this election system just because they tell us to. That's not how this Free Nation works. We have two great powers outlined in the 1st Amendment to use here, and the founders outlined these rights just for situations like this. This includes the right of free speech and the right to petition government for a redress of greivances.
There have been some improvements made, one of which forces counties to provide the count quicker than in 2020. But keep your eyes on everything they are doing.
Don't forget how effective our complaints and lawsuits have been to expose evidence. Joe Rossi and @MonclaKevin proved in SEB 2021-181 and 2023-025 that thousands of ballots were doubled scanned, thousands of fake duplicate votes were included in the hand count, and half the digital records were prematurely destroyed. Then in Fulgham v Ware we proved that the double scanned ballots were not an error which occured back to back, but the second scan occurred 8 days later.
This is our Nation and our elections. Please continue to vote and continue to defend the integrity of our elections. đşđ¸

Vote for her "for like social chairman, not for governor of Ohio." đ

Is this DRUNK who Ohio wants running the state? đ
America has a long history of welcoming people into our country who have contributed to the United States, but when they got here they assimilated into our American culture and way of life. That is the absolute bare minimum to ask someone who wants to become an American.
These radicals like @jamestalarico and @AbdulElSayed reject the idea of assimilation. Theyâd rather America abandon our founding principles and become utterly unrecognizable. Thatâs why itâs so important to have the immigration policy that President Trump has, and why we need fighters like @KenPaxtonTX and @MikeRogersForMI in the Senate to help us defend everything that has made America exceptional for the past 250 years.

This is why Democrats orchestrated a border invasion.
This is why Democrats want more people dependent on the government.
This isnât about helping others.
Itâs about helping Democratsâand only Democratsâestablish permanent political control.
Vote Republican.
Once you understand the incentive, the reason for the behavior becomes obvious: they are importing a left-voting bloc that depends on government handouts.
A prominent example of this in America is Ilhan Omar and her Somali voting bloc in Minnesota, an area which used to be primarily Nordic-German.
Importing voters is a CERTAIN path to a single-party supermajority and has ALREADY happened at the state level in California and New York. It also explains why those states have BANNED VOTER ID in order to accelerate a permanent socialist supermajority, destroying any semblance of democracy.
We stand on the precipice of disaster, an end to America.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesnât happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
