I spent several weeks going through software docs to understand how retailers, restaurants and hotels can utilize digital technology to monitor, rate and rank service workers and submit them to rigid algorithmic micromanagement.

According to its website, Skydeo e.g. sells lists of:
- 2,523,034 'people who suffer from anxiety'
- 2,433,088 'people who have any type of depression'
- 457,746 'people who have suffered from a heart attack'
- 214,508 'people who have cancer'
- 108,761 'people who wet the bed'
