In our new poll, Abdul's favorability is higher than Whitmer's. The Islamophobia attacks are either backfiring or falling flat altogether. ⬇️

Whether it’s abortion or voting rights or other things people hold dear, the writing is either on the wall already or it’s looming large. And voters understand that nothing is permanent any more and giving Trump Justices a multi-decade lock on SCOTUS is simply paving the way to more of their rights going away. And they are voting accordingly.

When considering the Supreme Court, with the Senate majority at stake: ^44% more likely to vote El-Sayed ^37% more likely to vote Rogers A vote for Rogers means Trump will put more justices on the Supreme Court. And voters in Michigan do not want that to happen.

If you think the way to fight anti-semitism is to cozy up to the GOP as it openly embraces actual Nazis, I would say that you have not thought this through.
Depicting Jewish concerns over anti-Semitism as "prioritizing a personal grievance" is a pretty good explanation for why so many Michigan Jews are voting for Rogers. When Democrats make clear they don't care about Jewish fears of anti-Semitism, and they don't believe that Democratic candidates who have used anti-Semitic tropes and campaigned with anti-Semites have a responsibility to reassure Jewish voters, they are saying the quiet part out loud: they simply don't care about Jewish safety and security.

🚨FYI - the ONLY active judge in the Amarillo Division of the Northern District of Texas is well-known GOP crusader Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk. He is best know for unilaterally trying to ban the abortion pill mifepristone in 2024, which was UNANIMOUSLY reversed by SCOTUS.
New tonight: Concerned about a tight election, some Republicans are preemptively asking a federal court in Amarillo to require a manual hand count across Texas in next week's general election. Details via @quorumreport bit.ly/4ilObRY

For a supposed Democrat to endorse Rogers in Michigan is to accept two more Trump scotus justices. Astounding.
The butthurt handling of this primary defeat by Haley Stevens and now her fiance after they had tens of millions in outside money spent on her behalf is appalling. The next SecDef or a Trump SCOTUS judge is on the line here! Totally pathetic & reveals that the loss was deserved

As Susan Collins desperately tries to distance herself from Trump in the final days, we remind you of the OG Trump loyalty pledge:
New 30-second ad running in Maine in the final stretch attacking Susan Collins on Kavanaugh and Roe; includes multiple shots of her and Trump. A six-figure digital buy per Demand Justice, progressive group pushing Supreme Court expansion.

Trump has infected federal courts with election deniers. In battleground races across the country, they could be ruling on next week's midterms. Vote. This year, the courts might not save us.
Trump stacked the courts with loyalists and election deniers who refuse to admit he lost the 2020 election. Now those judges could hear his challenges to the midterms. @joshorton on @Morning_Joe: We can no longer count on the courts to save us. We have to vote in numbers no Trump judge could overturn. Three surrogates headed to Michigan in the final days that will help elect @AbdulElSayed: @BernieSanders @BarackObama @realDonaldTrump
Lemme pick that up for him: Yes, yes it is. A vote for Rogers is a vote for the Trump agenda.

The Bernie team tried to get this into the Democratic platform in 2016, the Clinton team blocked it. We tried again in 2020, the Biden team blocked it. Glad folks are coming around but it’s absurd that it’s taken this long on what should be a noncontroversial point of fact.
One of many critical points in Jon Finer's excellent post-elections Israel policy agenda for Democrats: "A new approach should also start from the principle that U.S. policy will distinguish occupied territory and Israel proper." nytimes.com/2026/10/23/opini…

Will Trump's junior WH staffers have to pay full price for their pardons, or get a discount? Not everyone can afford 50mil to Alina Habba.
This is Senator Brian Schatz this week. When Democrats say they are going to prosecute and go after junior Trump staffers, we should believe them.

Republican candidates cannot escape Trump's overwhelming failure to keep his economic promises.

The question is "what ONE single issue" is most important. Of course people will say the economy. But to pretend AI/Data centers aren't motivating voters...is a delusion.
A touch-grass moment for the "AI and data centers are huge issues in the midterms" people

Shut. It. Down.
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios. The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios. Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said. Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior. Read my latest for Axios here: axios.com/2026/10/22/ai-agen…
