H-pylori is quite deadly, and sorry for the stress it has caused you. If you don’t mind this, there is a way we go about it using natural oils. It’s a Prophetic medicine, and it works. If you are interested, go and get the following oils:
1. Garlic oil
2. Zaytoon (olive) oil
3. Sesame oil
4. Hulba oil
Mix these oils together and take one full spoon both morning and night for 40 days.
You will be fine by God’s grace.

For those who don't know how to identify the generation of an Intel Core laptop processor or what the letters at the end mean, this is for you.
Let's say you see “Intel Core i5-1235U” in your laptop's About section.
Here's how to know the generation:
The first digit or the first two digits after the hyphen usually indicate the generation.
- For “Intel Core i5-1235U”
The first two digits after the hyphen give us 12. This means the laptop is 12th generation.
- Take "Core i7-6700HQ" as another example:
The number immediately after the hyphen is 6. This means the processor is 6th generation.
▫️🔹 SO, WHAT DO THE LETTERS AT THE END (U, P, H, HX) ACTUALLY MEAN?
Basically, the letters give you an idea of how the processor balances performance, power consumption and battery life.
🔹 U (power-efficient laptops)
Such processors are designed to use less power and are commonly found in thin and portable laptops. They're suitable for everyday tasks like browsing, office work, online classes and light editing. Think of Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook.
This doesn't mean some U-series processors can't handle demanding work, though. The exact CPU, GPU, RAM, cooling and other hardware also matter.
🔹 P (performance-focused laptops)
Processors in this category are designed to strike a balance between performance and power efficiency. Such laptops are usually still relatively thin, lightweight, and portable.
P-series processors can generally handle more demanding tasks than U-series processors.
Some Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, and Dell XPS laptops are also under this P-series.
🔹 H (high performance)
This one's built for heavier tasks like real gaming, video editing and 3D rendering. It uses more power and can generate more heat, which can mean shorter battery life.
They're quite common in gaming and performance-oriented laptops, which can include Dell G-series, HP Omen, Lenovo Legion, Dell XPS or Precision.
🔹 HX (very high performance)
This is meant for very powerful laptops designed to handle highly demanding tasks. You'll normally find these in high-performance gaming laptops and mobile workstations.
They're built more for performance than portability or battery life. Think of beasts like the Dell Alienware, HP Omen, Lenovo Legion
✅ One important thing, though:
Don't make the mistake of judging a laptop by the processor, the Core level or the letters at the end alone.
It's also very important to consider the exact CPU, GPU (graphics card), RAM, SSD and cooling capabilities.
Also, it's worth noting that Intel's naming system has changed, as we now have newer processors like Core Ultra.
The "Core i" processors are actually old. But then, they're still the most common in the Nigerian market, especially because of their affordability and their availability as fairly used.
Finally, please note that a Core i7 isn't automatically better than a Core i5. Like I already said, it's important to consider the exact processor and the other hardware components, including what you exactly need the laptop for.
Stay informed.
And
Stay sharp! 🪒
Let me tell you something many people don't know about all of these Core i3, i5, i7 and i9.
Many people don't understand that each of them has its uniqueness.
You don't just say "I want Core i7" merely because it's Core i7. You need to consider what exactly you want to use the laptop for.
I'll deferentiate between all these cores.
But first of all....
What exactly are these things called cores?
Think of them as workers inside your laptop. Basically, they determine your laptop's level of performance.
1.🔹 Core i3 (Basic performance)
Good for ordinary activities like:
• Browsing the internet
• Microsoft Word/Excel
• Online classes
• Watching videos
• Emails and everyday tasks
If you're just using your laptop for student work and casual activities, then Core i3 is all you need.
2.🔹 Core i5 (Mid-range performance)
This one's good for:
• A certain level of multitasking
• Programming
• Office work
• Photo editing
• General professional use
• Some level of gaming
For many people, Core i5 is the sweet spot, especially if you want a balance between basic functions and a little bit of extra efficiency without having to break the bank. Students, programmers and office people can definitely go for this.
3.🔹 Core i7 (High performance)
Designed for more demanding work, and it's good for:
• Video editing
• Serious multitasking
• More demanding software
• Gaming
• Graphics/design work
• Professional workloads
This is a good deal for graphic designers, video editors, and people who might want to use some really demanding software.
4.🔹 Core i9 (Very high performance)
Generally a very high-end Core option, designed for people who need a lot of processing power, such as:
• Serious professional video editing
• 3D rendering
• High-end gaming
• Heavy professional workloads
Most ordinary users don't need an i9 at all, and that's probably why the highest you'll easily find people advertising in the Nigerian market is i7.
.....
Having said all that...
I must make something clear:
Checking the Core isn't enough.
You also need to check the generation and exact processor.
For example:
Core i5-8250U → 8th Gen
Core i7-1165G7 → 11th Gen
Core i5-1235U → 12th Gen
Core i7-13700H → 13th Gen
The letter at the end also matters:
The U, P, H, or HX at the end have what they mean. I'll make a separate post explaining them later.
Another thing worth remembering: always choose an SSD over an HDD.

The governor was quick to visit Ahmad Zakka to score cheap political points with some photos & empty speeches because Ahmad’s news was trending all over social media. These Eight innocent human beings have passed away in the hands of terrorists and since they are not trending, the governor is suddenly too busy to visit for any condolence. You can be paid to say the governor is genuinely concerned about every life, but you can’t make the governor act like he cares about every single life. This is politicization of human lives!!!!!!
Just look at their faces
In one day in Katsina, APC heard two realities.
The Emir of Katsina told them the truth, his people are hungry and being killed by bandits. He spoke as a royal father who hears gunshots at night.
A few kilometers away in Daura, the Emir saw no hunger, no insecurity, only praising Tinubu as the best thing for Nigeria.
Same state, same suffering, different stomachs. Katsina Emirate is ancient and independent, so it can speak truth. Daura was the seat of power for 8 years and needs to eulogize to stay relevant.
One stool is the conscience of the people. The other is a megaphone for power.

Your laptop can have 16GB RAM, Core i7 and still be a very bad purchase.
Before buying a laptop, take not of these 10 things:
1.🔹Go for SSD instead of HDD.
SSD makes the laptop significantly faster when booting, opening apps and transferring files. It also doesn't make the spinning noise HDDs make.
You can check by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc → then Performance → then Disk.
2.🔹Having a high RAM isn't enough.
A laptop with 16GB RAM and a weak or old processor can still perform poorly. So it's important to check the processor.
3.🔹 Focus more on the generation of the processor rather than just “Core i5” or “Core i7.”
Never assume an i7 is automatically better than an i5. A newer-generation i5 can outperform an older-generation i7, depending on the specific processors.
When you check the model number for most Intel Core processors, the number immediately after the hyphen tells you the generation.
For example:
i7-6500U = 6th Gen
i5-8250U = 8th Gen
i7-1165G7 = 11th Gen
i5-1235U = 12th Gen
i7-13700H = 13th Gen
4.🔹Don't ignore battery health, especially when buying a used laptop.
To check on a Windows laptop, open Command Prompt and type: powercfg /batteryreport
This will generate a battery report showing the design capacity and full charge capacity. The bigger the gap, the more the battery has degraded.
5.🔹Check the screen quality, not just the size.
A 15.6-inch screen isn't automatically better than a 14-inch one. To confirm, go to Settings → System → Display → Advanced display to check the resolution and refresh rate.
6.🔹Check whether the RAM and SSD can be upgraded.
Some newer laptops have their RAM already soldered, meaning you may not be able to increase it later.
7.🔹Check the ports you need.
USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, SD card slot, headphone jack and other ports can make a difference depending on what you use the laptop for.
8.🔹For a used laptop, test everything.
Don't just open the laptop, see that it boots.
Test the keyboard, trackpad, speakers, microphone, webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, charging port, USB ports, HDMI, hinges and screen.
Open a document and test every key. Play audio through the speakers. Connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Plug in a USB device and test the charger.
9.🔹Buy according to your needs.
For browsing, Microsoft Office, online classes and basic work, you don't necessarily need a high-end laptop.
For programming, heavy multitasking or professional software, you need a strong processor and sufficient RAM.
For video editing, 3D work and serious graphics work, you have to pay attention to the GPU, processor, RAM and display.
For gaming, don't focus on RAM alone. The dedicated GPU, processor, cooling system and display matter a lot.

The solution to the problem of bandits
This is a small unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) that I built, and its size is no bigger than the palm of a hand
However, it can carry out surveillance ⚠️🚷
It has a small camera that can enter every corner and narrow passage to capture videos and photos without anyone knowing it has arrived.
After it captures photos or videos, those controlling it will be able to see them live
It will be very helpful in detecting forest bandits easily, especially for the military

I go to office on a bicycle but the woman that comes to clean my desk comes in a 2016 Audi. The beauty of the Netherlands is that you can be going to work in a Tesla while your manager comes on a bicycle. Even the prime minister often goes to work on a bicycle instead of a Cadillac Escalade like one incompetent president I know. The simplicity and honesty of Dutch people is unmatched.
This is the bicycle parking area for Mechanical Engineering students at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands.
Almost every student and lecturer owns a bicycle.
Interestingly, life expectancy in the Netherlands is 81.9 years, and 89% of adults meet recommended physical activity levels.
A healthy society is not built through hospitals alone, but also through infrastructure that encourages healthy living.
