The hero ingredient in our gin is ROCK SAMPHIRE. Against the odds, this resilient plant grows in rocky, hostile environments. It's a hardy fella, perfect for our spirit, bringing with it warm, aromatic flavours. More to come on our gin in the new year. #irishgin #killarneygin

In Killarney, we don't do Christmas by halves. Parades run by the festive folk @XmasInKillarney will be running throughout the month of Dec (including today at 6pm). Finish it off with a trip to the Taproom to warm up over a hot wood-fired pizza and a beer. (📸: Brian Morrison)

In 1092, the monks on Innisfallen island compiled the very first history of Ireland in the 'Annals of Innisfallen'. Keep an eye out for our limited edition 1092 Taproom Series Gift Box, which gives a nod to this slice of Killarney history – more details coming soon. #gifting

Find out more about joining our Cornerstone Cask Society and how you can purchase a little slice of Killarney history. We're doing a virtual presentation on 7th Dec at 7pm to chat through our cask programme - email [email protected] for details. #killarneywhiskey
